After check-in, take some time to unwind and settle into your surroundings. In the afternoon, gather at the main lodge for tea and snacks before heading out on your first sunset safari. This game drive offers an incredible opportunity to spot Africa’s Big Five in their natural habitat.
As the sun begins to set, you’ll pause for sundowners, savoring a refreshing drink while admiring the stunning views. The drive continues as you slowly make your way back to the lodge, where you’ll have time to freshen up before indulging in a delicious dinner under the African sky.
Day 2 & 3: Sunrise & Sunset Safari Adventures
Rise early for an unforgettable start to the day. Enjoy a warm cup of coffee or tea with some traditional rusks before setting off on a thrilling sunrise safari. As the first light of day breaks over the bush, witness the African wilderness come alive. This is the perfect time to spot nocturnal predators returning from their night hunts, while plains game begin to stir in the golden morning light.

A light lunch will be served, offering a perfect opportunity to refuel before your next adventure.
As the afternoon cools, prepare for another breathtaking sunset safari. This is an ideal time to track the elusive leopard, watch massive elephant herds meander through the bush, or catch a glimpse of lions preparing for the evening hunt. Stop at a stunning vantage point to enjoy a sundowner drink while soaking in the spectacular African sunset.
After returning to the lodge, freshen up and enjoy a delightful dinner under the stars, reflecting on another incredible day in the wild.
Day 4: Farewell to the Bush & Welcome to the Winelands
Wake up to the sounds of the African bush for one last sunrise game drive, your final opportunity to soak in the magic of the wild and perhaps catch a glimpse of predators on the move or a breathtaking sunrise over the savannah. After an unforgettable morning, return to the lodge for a leisurely breakfast, before bidding farewell to this incredible safari experience.
Following check-out, you will be transferred back to Hoedspruit Airport for your flight to Cape Town. Upon arrival, a friendly representative will meet you at the airport and assist with your transfer to your Hotel in the Winelands.

Day 5: Journey through the Winelands
Your driver will pick you up from your accommodation, and you will set off on a scenic journey through the heart of the Western Cape Winelands. Rolling vineyards, towering mountains, and charming Cape Dutch architecture set the scene for a day of indulgence and discovery.
