On arrival in Maun, clear Botswana immigration. You will be met in the arrival hall by a Wilderness Air representative, who will assist you to your light aircraft flight to Kalahari Plains Camp.
Afternoon arrival, and in time for an evening game drive.

Safari activities in the Kalahari. December to May are the ideal months to visit the Kalahari, as the summer rains nourish the open plains. The plentiful green grass attracts large herds of desert antelope, such as oryx and springbok. These are then preyed upon by predators such as lion and cheetah.

Chitabe is well known for it sightings of th ebig cats, including leopard and lion.
