Days 1 - 2: Boteti River

On arrival at Maun airport you are met by our meet & greet service and transferred to your hopper flight to Leroo la Tau. Please note: 20 kg in soft bags only allowed on charter flights. On arrival at Leroo la Tau airstrip, you are transferred to the Lodge. The stay at the Lodge includes all scheduled activities, meals and local drinks.

The lodge offers guided day and night game drives. Depending on the water level, boat activities are also provided. Optional cultural excursions can be arranged to Khumaga Village, as can guided nature walks in the area surrounding the lodge.

Leroo La Tau translates as ‘lion’s paw’ but, although the surrounding area features abundant Lion, Zebra and Wildebeest, it also boasts Chobe Bushbuck, Leopard, Cheetah, Brown and Spotted Hyena, Impala, Kudu, Jackal, Porcupine, Genet and Caracal, to name but a few.

Days 3 - 4: Okavango Delta

After breakfast and your morning activity, you are transferred to the airstrip and flown to the Okavango Delta. Here you are met and transferred to the Lodge. The stay at the Lodge includes all scheduled activities, meals and local drinks.

Water-based activities are conducted by experienced professional guides who will expertly navigate guests through the many meandering, reed-lined waterways. Roam the vast expanses of water from the comfort of a modern motorboat or explore the intricacies of the Okavango Delta the quiet old-fashioned way, in the traditional mokoro (dugout canoe).

For those wanting to get a little closer to nature, guided bush walks are conducted on a number of the nearby islands, offering an opportunity to track some of the larger land-based species that inhabit this water wilderness. Birding opportunities are outstanding and anglers may put their skill against bream and tiger fish. Camp Okavango is a water-based camp and game-drive activities, using safari vehicles, are not possible.

Days 5 - 6: Moremi Game Reserve

After breakfast and your morning activity, you are transferred to the airstrip and flown to Moremi. Here you are met and transferred to the Lodge. The stay at the Lodge includes all scheduled activities, meals and local drinks.

Guest activities include morning and afternoon game drives throughout the many different ecosystems that the Moremi Game Reserve has to offer. Explore the Xakanaxa Lagoon and its surrounding channels by boat for a chance to enjoy the picturesque waters of the Okavango Delta, with its kaleidoscope of birdlife.

Experienced guides will introduce you to a whole new world of wildlife; watch a Leopard stretched out lazily in the branches of a Mopane tree, herds of Elephant grazing under a canopy of green or a pride of Lions camouflaged in the long grass. Moremi Game Reserve’s incredible wetlands support a vast number of antelope, including Impala, Kudu and Waterbuck. The majestic Fish Eagle and vivid Malachite Kingfisher are frequently seen and even the rare Pel’s Fishing Owl makes an occasional appearance, to the delight of guides and guests alike.

Days 7 - 8: Chobe National Park

After breakfast and your morning activity, you are transferred to the airstrip and flown to Chobe Here you are met and transferred to the Lodge. The stay at the Lodge includes all scheduled activities, meals and local drinks.

Chobe Game Lodge offers a choice of land or water-based activities and the most complete game experience in the Chobe National Park.

Early-morning and late-afternoon game drives are conducted by our expert guides in open-sided 4x4 vehicles to ensure maximum visibility of Chobe National Park’s spectacular scenery and abundant wildlife. Meanwhile, riverside game viewing may be done from small and highly manoeuvrable boats, perfect for morning or sunset cruises.

Chobe's diverse wildlife roams in abundance – it is, for instance, home to the largest concentration of elephant in Africa. During the dry season these large herds, as well as vast herds of buffalo, congregate on the fertile flood plains along the Chobe River to drink, bathe and play. There are frequent sightings of lion, African wild dog, puku, red lechwe, sable, giraffe and roan antelope.

Days 9 - 10: Victoria Falls (Zimbabwe)

After breakfast and your morning activity, you are transferred to Kasane and on to Victoria Falls. Included in your stay at the Falls is a guideed tour to the Falls and a Sunset Cruise. Activities like helicopter flights and Elephant Back Safaris can be added to your itinerary at an extra cost.

Day 11: End of Itinerary

After breakfast, transfer to the irport in Victoria Falls. The trip can be extended to Cape Town or Kruger Park in South Africa.
