On arrival at Kilimanjaro Airport you will be met and transferred to Legendary Lodge.

Located in the tropical gardens of a working coffee farm just outside Arusha, with stunning views over Mount Meru, this is the perfect place to recoup from the long flight.

Overnight - Legendary Lodge

This morning you transfer to Arusha Airport and board your scheduled light air transfer to Manyara airstrip where you are met and transferred to Ngorongoro Crater Lodge, a drive of around 90 minutes.

Ngorongoro offers fantastic game viewing at very close quarters. Activities are numerous however the focus is on game drives in the Ngorongoro Crater itself. Tomorrow, you descend the 2,000 feet from the lush rain forest to the open savannah and the Lerai acacia woodland on the crater floor armed with a picnic lunch for a full day’s game viewing.

Overnight - Ngorongoro Crater Lodge

After a leisurely brunch you transfer to the airstrip and fly by light air transfer to Mwiba Lodge.

Mwiba is located in the Mwiba Wildlife Reserve, in the Greater Serengeti Ecosystem. This privately controlled, exquisite 51,000 acre wildlife reserve is vibrantly lush with colour-infused botanicals, 33 freshwater springs and a diverse array of wildlife.

The highlights here are the night drives, guided walking safaris, bush dinners and the cultural Maasai experience.

Overnight - Mwiba Lodge

After a game viewing activity and brunch you depart Mwiba and fly by scheduled light air transfer to the Grumeti Reserves.

A central focus of your time will be spent locating the migration, and due to the unpredictability of its location you may well undertake some longer activities to locate it.

You partake in guided walks, day and night game drives in open vehicles, archery, horse riding on the Equestrian track, horse out rides onto the plains, mountain biking, tennis, badminton, lawn croquet and swimming. Hot air ballooning is also available at an additional cost.

Overnight - Sabora Tented Camp

Today you depart Africa. You fly by light air transfer to Arusha and connect with your onward flight.

Zanzibar Extension

You may wish to consider a 3 or 4 night extension to Zanzibar and Mnemba Island Lodge.

Today you bid farewell to Zanzibar and transfer to Zanzibar Airport and connect with your homebound flight.
