Depending on your flight arrival time into Lusaka it is possible to continue straight through for the air transfer through to the Lower Zambezi National Park which is only about an hour away in a light aircraft. From the time you land you are now on safari in this excellent National Park. Your camp is a beautifully designed genuine safari camp that impacts little on its environment and located beautifully on these extensive flood plains with Zambezi River on one side and the Zambezi Rift Valley Escarpment on the other. Wonderful game viewing which you can enjoy either on foot doing a bush walk, a game drive or out on the water by canoe. A real safari lovers destination.

When you land in Kafue your guides will be there to meet you and get you to camp which is not far away but may take awhile as there is lots to potentially see along the way into camp.
This camp has an amazing location amongst a grove of tall riverine trees overlooking a lagoon area that has a lot going on. There is always something to watch here with the animals feeding on the lush grasses, hippos lounging around and many water birds picking and feeding their way through the shallow waters. Away from camp you are in an excellent private concession area that has a wonderful menu of animals and birds that include but certainly not limited to Sable, Roan, Eland, Puku, Elephants, Defassa Waterbuck, Lechwe, Bushbuck, Lions and a great place to see leopard at night with a spotlight and also the very special servals as well.
You can also do boat cruises here on the Kafue and Lafupa Rivers along with bush walks and your day and night game drives. Lots of ways to enjoy your safari time here in this excellent camp.
