Arrival in to Casablanca with International flight arrangements [CMN], international flights own arrangements.

Connect with onward schedule flight service to Ouarzazate Airport ( flight own arrangements and should form part of your international flight details).
In Arrivals you are welcomed by a local representative and transferred by 4x4 jeep to the gorgeous property DAR AHLAM “Relais & Chateaux” located in Skoura a 30 km drive from Ouarzazate.

During your stay at Dar Ahlam, there is a possibility to spend one night in a deluxe desert camp with 5 tents. If you are interested, do not miss this unique experience as an additional idea that will kick start your Africa adventure in style!

While staying at Dar Ahlam you will partake in 2 day excursions by jeep and discover the Zagora & Draa Valley as well as the famous gorges of Todra and the famous 1000 Kasbah road.

Depart to Marrakech by 4x4 jeep 230 km – around 4 hours scenic drive.

Stop to visit the Famous Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah; Listed as a World Heritage by Unesco for many years, the ksar of the Ait ben Haddou is a fortress on top of a big hill. It dominates the high plateau that goes to Ouarzazate southwards, and climbs towards Marrakech and the Tichka pass, northwards.

On arrival you are met by a local representative airside for VIP assistance at Nairobi Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, as you step from your international flight.

Our representative will assist you with immigration, baggage and customs formalities. He will walk you through to the arrivals hall where you will be met by your driver guide from Giraffe Manor who will drive you to this unique and famous property, with its British Colonial style, a lovely experience.

After breakfast your Giraffe Manor vehicle will drop you at Nairobi Wilson Airport for your onward charter flight to Kanzi Airstrip –based on Cessna C206 aircraft, operated by Campi Ya Kanzi on seat basis.

After breakfast you are transferred to Kanzi Airstrip for your charter flight based on Cessna C206 operated by Campi Ya Kanzi on seat in plane basis to Nairobi Wilson Airport, where you connect with onward flight to Kilimanjaro Airport, Tanzania ( clear customs and immigration) and continue with flight arrangements on to Lake Manyara Airstrip.

Meet & greet upon arrival at the airstrip by your private guide with 4x4 vehicle. Continue with a drive to the iconic Ngorongoro Crater lodge for check in. Free afternoon at leisure, to enjoy the lodge and those spectacular views over the Crater.

Dinner and overnight.

Depart with picnic lunch and descend into Ngorongoro Crater floor for half day crater safari.

Ascend and continue to Lake Manyara Airstrip to connect with onward domestic schedule flight to Sasakwa Airstrip at 1335/15:45hrs.

Upon arrival at the airstrip met by Singita guide & 4x4 open vehicle and proceed to Sabora Plains Tented Camp, with game viewing en-route.

Arrive for check in and late lunch/afternoon tea at Sabora Camp. Proceed on game activities within SIngita Grumeti Reserves on shared 4x4 Singita open vehicle.

Transfer to Sasakwa airstrip by 4x4 vehicle.
Onward schedule flight to Manyara airstrip 1015/1135hrs.

Upon arrival meet & greet by Chem Chem guide and vehicle and drive to Chem Chem Lodge for check in & lunch,

Later set out for afternoon game drives in Chem Chem Concession, including sundowner overlooking Lake Manyara, night game drives, dinner and overnight.

Morning guided walk in Chem Chem Concession followed by breakfast.

Transfer to Manyara airstrip with picnic lunch ( if applicable) to connect to onward scheduled flight to Nairobi Wilson 1150/ 1450 hrs.

On arrival transfer to Nairobi Jomo Kenyatta International airport in time for your scheduled flight to Livingstone.
( Note: own arrangements and the flights might need an overnight in Johannesburg to Nairobi for connections, but for the purpose of this offer showing the routing, and if flight dictate a change in the program this can be adjusted based on the most suitable flights.)

On arrival in to Livingstone, Zambia ( clear customs and immigration in to Zambia) you are met by your English speaking driver guide and transferred to your hotel.

Enjoy a Dinner run on the Royal Express tonight as an included extra ( subject to train running thought that a nostalgic through back to the age of the train, and unique experience)

Return to the hotel for overnight.

Transfer to Livingstone Airport.

On arrival and after clearing customs and immigration, you will be met and assisted to your light aircraft for your onward air transfer to Kasane Airport.

Note that where applicable, Airport Departure taxes payable on departure from Livingstone are not included in this pricing as these have to be settled direct by the guest.

Clear customs and immigration in to Botswana before continuing on the scheduled light aircraft air transfer from Kasane Airport to Zarafa Camp

Morning activity may include time to spend the morning walking with the Zu/’hoasi Bushmen. Uncharted Africa / Jacks Camp has pioneered and passionately supported cultural tourism in Botswana since the company’s inception in 1993.

It has long been their belief that it is a vitally important tool in terms of preserving this unique, but sadly fast-vanishing, culture. They have been working closely with the Zu/’hoasi people of the Western Kalahari
for many years and are privileged to have Bushmen women, men and preschool children comprised of four generations, living at Jack’s Camp in the Makgadikgadi.

Offering a window into the past, they teach us how they have survived in this harshest of environments, using their vast and ancient knowledge of plants, animal behaviour and survival skills.

The Zu/’hoasi lead a semi-traditional lifestyle, and share their traditional hunting and food-gathering skills as well as how they make jewellery and hunting equipment, it is a glimpse into their fast vanishing, traditional way of life, but by no means an attempt to keep them frozen in time.

Through their initiative, a community is able to work together and share their knowledge with each other and Guests, allowing the older generation to pass the knowledge on to the next generation. The young children are the future and we hope that they carry the knowledge and traditions of their incredible ancient culture into the modern world with a sense of pride and
personal empowerment.

Depart on scheduled flight from Jacks Camp to Maun Airport in time for your scheduled flight ( schedule flight own arrangement Maun - Windhoek) Windhoek International airport.

On arrival clear customs and immigration in to Namibia and continue with onward scheduled air transfer from Windhoek International Airport to Wolwedans Dune Lodge in the heart of the Namib Rand Desert.

On arrival you are met by our representative and transferred to your hotel in the Winelands for a relaxed evening and 3 nights in the heart of the Cape Winelands, with Franschhoek being selected due to its high concentration of top restaurants and known as the “Foodie Capital of South Africa”

Overnight and relax and take in the winelands at this exquisite property selected.

Depart from the Winelands and travel to Cape Town via a Peninsula tour with your guide.

Again your day will be tailor-made, but a general day could look as follows:

Starting at the seaside village of Muizenburg you will be able to take in the breathtaking views of False Bay. Follow the incredibly scenic route along the False Bay coast through the fishing villages like Kalk Bay and Fish Hoek on the way to Simonstown (this having been a British naval town until as recent as 1957, normally comes as a pleasant surprise to everyone visiting the Cape Peninsula as encountering such a ‘British Town’ in Cape Town is unexpected).
Drive through to Boulders beach to visit the penguin colony and the two thousand Jackass Penguins before continuing along the scenic mountain drive to False Bay to visit The Cape of Good Hope reserve. Cape Point reserve is a magnificent floral wilderness at the foot of Africa. For the nature loving person it is a truly fantastic experience traversing such a unique floral kingdom. You may get to see some antelope, ostrich or baboon, possibly even Burchell Zebra that makes an appearance on the reserve infrequently.

From the Cape Point reserve head back up the Western side of the Peninsula along the treacherous Atlantic coast through the amazingly beautiful seaside hamlet of Misty Cliffs and then over the Peninsula Mountains.

For lunch for today we suggest the elegant Constantia Uitsig – La Colombe Restaurant (please settle lunch account locally, as it will be al la carte and we do not want to limit you to a set menu or set wines) . Or your Local guide can discuss this with you on your preference or make another suggestion.

You should arrive at the hotel at about 17:30pm for check in.

This morning you are transferred to Cape Town station in time for your boarding of the famous Rovos Rail.

You will travel across South Africa from South to North, enjoying fabulous foods and wines while being able to enjoy the countryside rolling by and getting one last long relaxing look at the changing and multifaceted scenery of the country.

On arrival at Rovos station in Johannesburg you are met by our representative and transferred to OR Tambo International airport in time for your departure flight home.

Should you have a lot of time to spare , we will arrange some sightseeing and a late lunch. Alternatively, another overnight may be arranged, if you have a morning departure flight.
