Day 1: Kasane

Upon arrival at Kasane airport, you will be met and taken to The Old House, where you will be staying for one night. Depending on your arrival time, we can organise an afternoon game drive or a river cruise on the Chobe River for you (at additional cost).

Day 2: Chobe River Front

At 9.00 am walk over to the safari starting point. A briefing will follow and at 9.30 am you board the boat for a 3 hour boat cruise into the Chobe National Park. You will have the chance to see fantastic bird life, hippos, crocodiles, and of course elephant and cape buffalo. The boat cruise ends at the Coffee Buzz restaurant at 12.30 pm. There is an opportunity to do last minute shopping in Kasane. You then depart on an afternoon game drive and arrive in camp shortly after sunset for drinks around the camp fire and dinner under the stars (water and wine included with dinner, no other drinks).

Day 3: Chobe River Front

You will be woken up at dawn and after a quick cup of tea or coffee and a light continental breakfast vehicles head off on an early morning game drive. This time of day is best for finding the big cats, or the rare wild dogs. Around mid to late morning you will return to camp for brunch and a siesta. When the day starts to cool off another afternoon game drive follows afternoon tea. Chobe National Park has a wide variety of game - the cats and large herbivores such as elephant and buffalo being a highlight, but rarer game such as puku, eland, sable and roan antelope along with many more common antelope can be viewed here. Return to camp after sunset for a reflective fireside chat. Dinner follows.

Day 4: Livingstone

Enjoy a dawn breakfast followed by an early morning game drive - you may be lucky and even spot a leopard! Return to Camp for a delicious “bush brunch” and an opportunity to take a refreshing shower and to pack. Leave Camp on a final boat cruise on the Chobe River, before heading back into Kasane/Kazungula. You'll be dropped off in Kasane/Kazungula at 16.30 and taken over the border to Victoria Falls by another transfer. There you will stay for two nights at Maramba Lodge, which is located just outside of Livingstone Town and four km to the falls. You will stay in a safari chalet.

Activities and Services

Day 5: Livingstone

Day at leisure to visit the Victoria Falls and for one of many other activities that Victoria Falls has on offer, like a sunset cruise, a microlight or helicopter flight over the falls, white water rafting, a visit over to the Zambian side to see the falls from there or to visit Livingstone Island.

Day 6: End of Itinerary

After breakfast you will be taken to Livingstone airport, where your short trip ends. Further arrangements can be organised.
