After a pre-Safari briefing, depart with afternoon flight to Tsavo West National Park. Upon landing into the park, enjoy a game viewing drive en route to the Lodge to arrive in the early afternoon for check-in followed by lunch.
Superbly situated in the lee of Mount Kilimanjaro and sheltered by the volcanic splendor of the Chyulu Hills, this classic stone-built lodge overlooks its own water hole, which is visited daily by elephants, buffalos and a wide variety of plains game. One of the first lodges ever to be built in a national park, the lodge is cool, tranquil and hushed for optimum game-viewing. It is also ideally placed for visits to all the park's prime attractions.
Depart for an afternoon game drive in the park returning to the lodge in time to refresh for dinner.



Full day in the Park with morning and afternoon game viewing drives. The park offers some of the most magnificent game viewing in the world with large herds of dusty-red elephants, hippopotamus, giant crocodiles, black rhinoceros and African buffalos. The park includes also the lion, the cheetah and the leopard. The "big five" can be seen in Tsavo. Other animals commonly seen in the park are the zebra, the antelopes and gazelles, the mongoose, the hyrax, the dik-diks and the lesser kudu. Birdlife is abundant as more than 600 species of bird have been recorded
Some of the interesting areas to be visited are the Mzima springs, Roaring rocks, Chaimu and Shetani Lava sites to mention a few.



Depart after breakfast in the lodge and drive to Amboseli National park to arrive in the early afternoon for check-in and lunch at Amboseli Serena Safari Lodge.
Set against the magnificent backdrop of Africa's highest mountain, the glittering Mount Kilimanjaro, Amboseli Serena Safari Lodge enjoys a uniquely privileged position at the heart of this world-famous national park. Shaded by palm trees, is a free-form swimming pool; to either side of which stretch the rooms.

Full day in Amboseli National Park with morning and afternoon game viewing drives. Elephant are a dominant presence in Amboseli; they are tracked almost constantly by researchers thus, the reason they have largely escaped the ravages of 1980's poaching. Here, you are able to spot some of the older “tuskers” lumbering almost delicately before the backdrop of Mt. Kilimanjaro.



After an early breakfast, depart and drive to Nairobi to arrive at the Nairobi Serena Hotel in the early afternoon in time for lunch at Maghreb Restaurant.

After breakfast in the Hotel and a pre-Safari briefing, depart with your Safari Driver Guide and drive via the Great North Road, through the famed Kenyan highlands onto Mount Kenya National park. Drive on to the Serena Mountain Lodge – located at 2,134 meters on the slopes of Mount Kenya.
Serena Mountain Lodge - “Tree Lodge” Experience! Standing out amid the primeval forests of Kenya's highest mountain, Mount Kenya, this timbered tree hotel offers champagne-clear mountain air, sweeping views across the tree-canopy, sparkling trout streams, and gentle forest walks. The open-air viewing-deck looks down on to its own water hole and salt-lick, which attracts numerous animals. Lunch in the lodge followed by an afternoon at leisure.
In the afternoon depart for a Guided Forest Walk through the forest, accompanied by the Resident Naturalist.



After a leisurely breakfast in the lodge, check-out and embark on a scenic drive through the Central Highlands to the Equator Point just before Nanyuki Town for a brief stopover. Here, the locals perform a water demonstration to qualify the position of the equator and for a small tip you will be awarded an ‘equator certificate’. Drive on to the nearby 110,000-acre Ol Pejeta Conservancy, which lies on the Laikipia plains. Enjoy a game viewing drive en-route to Sweetwaters Serena Camp.
Lunch in the Camp followed by an afternoon at leisure to enjoy the facilities at the Camp that include a swimming pool.

Depart Ol Pejeta after breakfast and drive to Soysambu wildlife conservancy to arrive in time for lunch at the Lake Elmenteita Serena Camp, “Where history meets the wild kingdom”
Uniquely situated on the shoreline of sapphire-blue Lake Elmenteita where hundreds of thousands of birds congregate. This area of breathtaking beauty, also home to many rare species of animals, is less than two hours’ drive from Nairobi.
Enjoy an afternoon game viewing drive in the Conservancy. The Conservancy protects over 450 bird species and 15,000 wild animals. Rothschild giraffes have found a safe haven for breeding here, while a diverse variety of terrain shelters many species - from herds of giant elands to tiny dik-diks and cliff-dwelling klipspringers.






After an early breakfast in the Camp, depart and drive to Maasai Mara Game Reserve to arrive at Mara Serena Safari Lodge in the early afternoon for check in.
Perched on the saddle of a hill, the Mara Serena Safari Lodge has one of the most spectacular views imaginable across the vast plains, forests and rivers that make up the Maasai Mara – one of the world’s richest wildlife sanctuaries. Lunch in the lodge followed by an afternoon at leisure.
The lodge has recently undergone a refurbishment and new facilities in operation include a new reception, bar lounge, an arrival lobby area and a gift shop. A Serena Maisha Health Club and Spa featuring an exciting spa menu, steam, sauna and gymnasium is also now open – an opportunity to have an experience of tranquillity and good health whilst on safari. There is a swimming pool and the new terrace gives you an opportunity to enjoy the sweeping views of the of the expansive Masaai Mara plains.
Enjoy an evening game drive in the reserve. Certainly the most frequented game reserve in Kenya, Maasai Mara is a magnificent landscape of open plains bisected by the Mara River and its tributaries, and punctuated by marshes and forests. Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight.



Two full days in the Mara with morning and afternoon game drives. This 650 sq. kilometre reserve supports the highest density of game to be seen anywhere considering its size. The reserve is home to all the “big five” and it is also possible to observe; baboon, eland, ostrich, bat-eared fox, jackal, Cheetah, and the rivers abound with hippos and crocodiles.
Hippo Pool Breakfast. On one of the mornings, crown your game viewing experience with a “Bush Breakfast” by the Mara River Hippo Pools! One cannot resist the charming “Jambo” from the chefs and Masai warriors as they welcome you to our wonderfully set breakfast buffet of cold cuts, fruits, cereals and hot dishes with eggs made to your specifications as you wait. The hippos keep you company and only say “Kwaheri” (good bye) after you have had enough.



On the last night in the Mara, you will be hosted to a “Star Lit” Bush Barbeque Dinner:
The Star Lit Bush Dinner. Nothing is quite so essentially ‘Safari’ as the traditional ‘bush dinner’, especially when it is enlivened by the presence by a group of scarlet-clad Maasai Morans (warriors). Your Star-lit dinner begins with cocktails around the campfire. Dinner will then be cooked on a blazing BBQ, accompanied by a wide range of salads and vegetables. While dessert and coffee is served, the Maasai Traditional Dancers will entertain you with songs, chants and dance displays. After dinner, you will be driven back to the lodge.












Breakfast in the resort. Later transfer to Moi International Airport for your scheduled flight to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, Nairobi for onward connection to your home bound international flight.
