Exploring Africa from Mara to Serengeti

From Wilson airport, board scheduled flight to either Amboseli a 40 minutes flight (ETD 0730HRS ETA 0900HRS) or Nanyuki a 45 minutes flight (ETD 1020HRS ETA 1100HRS) where you are booked for 02 nights on full board basis with soft drinks, beer, house wine, gin & tonic and mineral water.  In Amboseli your accommodation is at Porini Amboseli Camp located in Selenkay Conservancy. Included are shared game drives in the both Selenkay as well as Amboseli National Park, sundowners, walks with Maasai warriors as well as a Maasai village visit. In Nanyuki, you will be transferred to Porini Rhino Camp a located in Ol Pejeta Conservancy. Included are shared game drives, sundowners, walks with Maasai warriors as well as a visit to the Chimpanzee sanctuary.

From Amboseli, fly back to Wilson (ETD 0905HRS ETA 0950HRS) and connect onto the morning scheduled flight (01 Hour) to the Mara (ETD 1000HRS ETA 1100HRS).
From Nanyuki, you will board the morning direct flight to the Mara (01 hour 45 minutes). (ETD 0915HRS, ETA 1100HRS). Met at Ol Seki airstrip and transferred to Porini Mara Camp in Ol Kinyei Conservancy where you are booked for 03 nights on full board basis with soft drinks, beer, house wine, gin & tonic and mineral water. Your stay includes day and night shared game drives in Ol Kinyei & Naboisho Conservancies, one visit to the Masai Mara Game Reserve, sundowners and walks with Maasai warriors.

This morning enjoy a game drive in the Conservancy or guided walk before returning to camp for breakfast. Later, transfer to the airstrip (with picnic lunches) for 1100hrs scheduled flight to Migori (20 minutes). From Migori, you will be transferred via road, to the border town of Isebania, a trip of 40 Minutes. You will be at the border at approximately 1310Hrs.  You will clear here with customs and cross into Tanzania, this border point being one of the least busy ones,  It will take you approximately 20 minutes and a further 10 minutes’ drive to the Tarime airstrip where you will board your schedule flight to the Serengeti. (ETD 1400HRS ETA 1520HRS)

Upon arriving at the Kogatende airstrip, A Nimali Mara vehicle will be on standby to transfer you to camp completing the cross country trip in approximately 5Hours from the Mara. . You are booked at Nimali Mara for 02 nights on full board basis with soft drinks, beer and house wine.  You will have shared game drives (morning and later afternoon or full day) in Serengeti National Park.

Morning game drive in the Park, returning to camp for breakfast. Later, transfer to the airstrip for scheduled flight to Manyara (40 Minutes) (ETD 0925HRS ETA 1125HRS).

You will be met by a Nimali vehicle at Manyara airstrip with picnic lunches and drive in to Lake Manyara National Park a 10 minutes drive. You will Enjoy a picnic Lunch in the park and a 3 hour game drive as you look for the tree climbing lions that Manyara park is famous for. Later in the afternoon, exit the Park and take a 45 minute drive to Lemala Ngorongoro, located on the rim of the crater. Rest of the evening at leisure. Dinner and overnight at the camp.

Early breakfast after which descend into the Crater by 0700hrs for a half day game drive.

Enjoy your picnic lunch at the Lerai Picnic Site and at approximately 1300hr depart from Ngorongoro for Tarangire. A trip of 2 hrs 15 mins, arriving at Nimali Tarangire at approximately 1645Hrs. Dinner and overnight at Nimali Tarangire (includes soft drinks, beer and house wine).

Full day in Tarangire National Park with picnic lunches. Full board accommodation at Nimali Tarangire.

Leisurely breakfast at camp. Later in the morning, at approximately 0830Hrs drive from Nimali Tarangire to Arusha a trip of 1hr 55 mins and after a brief stop in Arusha town, transfer to the Kilimanjaro International Airport, a 1 hour trip from Arusha. You will board the 1350hrs flight to Wilson airport in Nairobi arriving at approximately 1520Hrs.
