Day 1: Galapagos Islands

Arrival in Baltra Airport
Upon your arrival at Baltra Airport, you will be welcomed by the yacht’s staff and transferred to the Humboldt Explorer. Once on board, you will settle into your cabin and enjoy lunch. In the afternoon, you will receive an onboard briefing about the itinerary, safety procedures, and dive operations, followed by time to relax and prepare for the adventure ahead.

Baltra
In the afternoon, the vessel will navigate around Baltra Island while guests familiarize themselves with the yacht and equipment. This is a great opportunity to relax on deck, enjoy the surrounding landscapes, and attend final preparations. After dinner, the yacht will depart overnight to the next scheduled destination.

Day 2: Galapagos Islands

Baltra North (Equipment Check – 2 Dives)
Early in the morning, the Humboldt Explorer will arrive at Baltra North. This site is ideal for checking diving equipment and weight adjustments. Two dives are scheduled, allowing guests to become comfortable with procedures while enjoying schools of fish, reef sharks, and diverse marine life. Between dives, refreshments will be served on board.

North Seymour (Land Visit)
In the afternoon, you will visit North Seymour Island for a guided land excursion. This island is famous for its large colonies of blue-footed boobies, magnificent frigatebirds, and land iguanas. You will explore the trails while learning about the unique wildlife and volcanic formations. After the visit, you will return to the yacht for dinner and navigation to the next destination.

Day 3: Galapagos Islands

Wolf Island (3–4 Dives)
Today you will explore the legendary waters of Wolf Island, one of the most iconic dive sites in the Galapagos. Up to four dives are scheduled, offering encounters with large schools of hammerhead sharks, Galapagos sharks, eagle rays, sea turtles, and an incredible diversity of marine life. The nutrient-rich currents make this area a true diver’s paradise. Between dives, you will return to the yacht for meals and relaxation. In the evening, the vessel will remain in the area or navigate to the next scheduled destination.

Day 4: Galapagos Islands

Wolf Island (2 Dives) and Transit to Darwin Island (2 Dives)
The day begins with two exciting dives at Wolf Island, where divers may encounter schools of hammerhead sharks, Galapagos sharks, eagle rays, and other pelagic species. After completing the morning dives, the vessel will begin its navigation toward Darwin Island. During the transit, two additional dives are scheduled at select sites along the route, offering opportunities to continue exploring the rich marine biodiversity of the northern Galapagos. Meals and briefings will be provided on board throughout the day.

Day 5: Galapagos Islands

Darwin Island (4 Dives)
Today you will dive in the world-renowned waters of Darwin Island, considered one of the best dive destinations on the planet. Four dives are scheduled at this iconic site, offering extraordinary encounters with large schools of hammerhead sharks, whale sharks (seasonal), Galapagos sharks, manta rays, and other pelagic species. The strong currents and abundant marine life make each dive an unforgettable experience. Between dives, you will return to the yacht for meals, rest, and dive briefings. In the evening, the vessel will remain in the area or begin navigation to the next destination.

Day 6: Galapagos Islands

Wolf Island (3 Dives)
The day is dedicated to exploring the incredible dive sites of Wolf Island. Three dives are scheduled, offering the chance to encounter large schools of hammerhead sharks, Galapagos sharks, eagle rays, sea lions, and other pelagic species. Known for its strong currents and rich marine life, Wolf Island provides thrilling and unforgettable dives. Between dives, you will return to the yacht for meals, rest, and dive briefings. In the evening, the vessel will remain in the area or navigate to the next destination.

Day 7: Humboldt Explorer

Cousin’s Rock (1–2 Dives)
In the morning, the vessel will arrive at Cousin’s Rock, a renowned dive site known for its rich biodiversity. One to two dives are scheduled, where divers may encounter schooling fish, reef sharks, eagle rays, sea turtles, and occasionally hammerhead sharks. The underwater landscape features steep walls and strong currents, making this an exciting and diverse dive site.

Santa Cruz: Highlands
In the afternoon, you will disembark on Santa Cruz Island for a guided visit to the Highlands. This lush area is famous for its giant tortoises in their natural habitat, volcanic tunnels, and endemic vegetation. You will explore the area while learning about the island’s unique ecosystems. After the visit, you will return to the yacht for dinner and navigation to the next destination.
