Day 1: Victoria Falls (Zambia)

Meet your guide and host in Johannesburg. From there you catch a flight to Livingstone in Zambia. You land in Zambia and are transferred via a private game drive to your luxury tented lodge for the next 3 nights

Days 2 - 3: Victoria Falls (Zambia)

Morning explorations of the river by boat, the surrounding Mosi-oa-Tunya National Park or nearby Victoria Falls are all on the agenda. This can be followed by a tranquil afternoon at the spa or practicing inspired yoga on the panoramic deck of the lodges gym. Mosi-oa-Tunya National Park (“The Smoke Which Thunders”), is a UNESCO World Heritage site. It is over 16 300 acres in size and is surrounded by tall riverine forest and grassland with plenty of birds

Expert tips

Make sure you camera is charged and you have space on your memory cards at the start of every game activity. During our colder months (April-October) please bring layers as it can be cool or cold in the mornings and evenings. It is easier to take a layer off at a time as the African sun does her best to warm you up

Days 4 - 6: Eastern Hwange National Park

From this point you can choose whether to do a safari in Hwange or Mana Pools (Zimbabwe) or Kafue (Zambia). Accommodation and info on each region is available in the accommodation section of this itinerary. We will detail Hwange from here as this is the most popular choice   

After breakfast you make our way to Hwange National Park. The Park hosts over 100 mammal and 400 bird species. Enjoy daily private safaris within the park staying in luxury tents. Moriti also have access to an adventure tented camp located in the private Linkwasha Concession. This is one of the most prolific wildlife areas in Hwange National Park. Whatever your choice is, it’ll be an amazing adventure
