Day 1: Kuala Lumpur

Arrive in Kuala Lumpur International Airport. Transfer to your hotel in the city centre. In the afternoon meet your guide for an orientation tour of the city and a visit to the famous Twin Towers. Overnight in Kuala Lumpur. Kuala Lumpur is a vibrant metropolis, striking for its remarkable cultural diversity. Ethnic Malays, Chinese prospectors, Indian migrants and British colonials all helped carve the city out of the virgin jungle, and each group has left its indelible mark on the capital. Around the iconic Twin Towers you can spend hours in one of the numerous air-conditioned shopping malls of the Golden Triangle, or visit the colourful Chinatown, the hawker stalls at Jalan Alor, and discover the Indian culture near Brickfields or Masjid Jamek.

Day 2: Taman Negara National Park

Breakfast and check-out from your Kuala Lumpur hotel. Meet our driver at your hotel lobby for early departure to Kuala Tembeling Jetty where you will catch your boat to Taman Negara.
Upon arrival at the jetty, proceed to register at the National Park and Wildlife Department and board a motorized wooden longboat for a 3 hour boat ride to the town of Kuala Tahan, the main entrance point to Taman Negara National Park. Check in at Mutiara Taman Negara.

At 20:30hrs, meet your guide at the meeting point (as briefed point during your orientation introduction). Your first adventure will be a night jungle walk in the 130 million year old tropical rainforest. You will be on a look- out for nocturnal wildlife and insects amidst the chorus of the rainforest. Do note, however, that sighting wildlife in the tropical forest is not guaranteed. Overnight in Taman Negara.

Day 3: Taman Negara National Park

Breakfast at your Taman Negara resort. In the morning, meet your guide and trek to the base of Teresek Hill and then start with a jungle walk up to the peak. This walk takes us further into the national park. The guide will highlight to you the rich flora found en-route. At the top of Teresek Hill, a panoramic view of the tropical rainforest awaits. On a clear day, you can see Mount Tahan, the highest mountain in Peninsular Malaysia. Before returning, we will go on a canopy walkway, built 40 meters above the ground and 450 meters in length. You will experience the rainforest from a different perspective, as you will be closer to the top of the trees! At the end, take the boat back and rest until your afternoon activity begins. This afternoon, trek to the near clear river for a deep in the delightful pool for swimming, resting or reading on the rocky area overlooking the river. Return to Resort. Overnight in Taman Negara.

Day 4: Penang Island

Breakfast at hotel. Check out and take the boat for Kuala Tembeling. This journey will take about 2 to 3 hours, depending on water level of the river. Upon arrival at the Kuala Tembeling jetty, you will meet our driver and you will start your journey to Penang . The drive is approximately 6 hours on well-paved country roads.

Day 5: Penang Island

Breakfast at staying hotel before heading out to a leisure ride on the enchanting beca (Trishaw in Malay) and immerse yourself in the nostalgia of Penang. Also called Jinricksha, the trishaw it has become a favourite for tourist as well as locals who love to take a ride around Penang’s charming tourist spots. The Trishaw ride is approximately 2 hours. The ride will take you around Fort Cornwallis, Tanjung City Marina, Clan Jetties, Khoo Kongsi, Penang State Museum and Cheong Fatt Tze. No entrance fees are included. Stop to place of interest is not allowed.

Day 6: Cameron Highlands

Breakfast at staying hotel. Check-out and depart by overland transfer to Cameron Highlands. Start your journey to Cameron Highlands, located at 1,542 metres above sea level, famed for its tea plantations, strawberry farms and cool temperatures. The drive is approximately 3.5 hours on well-paved highway and country roads. As you head higher into the highlands, the road will become more winding and you will get wonderful views of the rainforests as you climb higher and higher. Upon arrival, check in and the rest of the day is free at your leisure to enjoy the cool temperate of Cameron Highlands or it back in a local café and enjoy some tea and scones. Overnight Cameron Highlands.

Day 7: Cameron Highlands

The Cameron Highlands is an extensive hill station with an altitude of 1300 to 1800 meters. The cool air has offered a welcome respite from the tropical heat since the colonial days. While enjoying the fresh temperature and the beauty of the green hills you can visit the tea plantations, butterfly farms, and other local agriculture, trek down one of the jungle trails, or discover the evocative left overs of the British colonial past.

Day 8: Kuala Lumpur

After an early breakfast, make your own way to Tanah Rata Bus Terminal, for your express bus back to Kuala Lumpur. The journey is approximately 3 to 4 hours. In Kuala Lumpur, make your own way to your hotel. The rest of the day is free at leisure. Overnight in Kuala Lumpur.

Day 9: Tioman Island

Breakfast at staying hotel. Meet our driver at the lobby for your transfer to Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah Airport - Subang, for your direct flight to Tioman Island. The journey to Tioman Island is approximately 45min/1hour. Land to Tioman Airport; collect your luggage and gather to Tetek Jetty for your water taxi to staying resort. Tioman Island is a duty-free volcanic island that is endowed with beautiful beaches, impenetrable rainforest, and surrounded by the waves of the South China Sea. It is the largest of the east coast islands, offering a wide range of activities, especially diving and snorkelling. You can also explore the rugged jungle trails, or just unwind at the beautiful beach. Please note that there are no ATMs on this island, check if your accommodation accepts credit cards.

Day 10: Tioman Island

Pulau Tioman abounds in natural beauty. Enjoy the scenic lush tropical jungle, cool waterfalls, golden sandy beaches and crystal clear water full of colourful corals and diverse sea creatures. The permanent population on Tioman is small, with few small kampung dotted around the coast. The villagers have retained a wonderfully untainted vibe, even after all the years of being descended on by hundreds of thousands of tourists. The mountainous jungle of the interior is home to a spectacular array of flora and fauna. The underwater world around the island remain largely intact, offering one of the best easily accessible diving and snorkelling in Malaysia.

Day 11: Tioman Island

Day 12: End of Itinerary

Breakfast at hotel. Free at leisure until time to catch your water taxi to Tioman Airport. The flight to Kuala Lumpur Subang Airport is approx. 1 hour. Disembark the plane and after collecting your belongings and cleared immigration, meet your driver at the arrival hall for your transfer to KLIA (Kuala Lumpur International Airport) for your flight towards home. The tour ends here.
