Your safari guide will be meeting you after breakfast for the drive to Tarangire National Park in The Great Rift VAlley. As soon as you enter the park game viewing begins until this late afternoon. You will stop for picnic lunch along the way. Your lodge is in the heart of the Park. This is your private vehicle and you can decide to stop and go as you please! Watch a parade of wild animals make their way to the water hole. Keep you eyes out for the most prominent wildlife - huge herds of elephants and buffalo, wildebeest, zebras, hartebeest, lion and leopard. Let your guide tell you the story about the Baobab trees - full of mysteries and ancient beliefs.
Game Drive
Ease into the rhythm of Africa - wake early to the sound of birds and head out with your guide in search of wild life. Animals are most active early mornings and later afternoons and so will you. Be sure to listen for lions roaring or hyenas cackling at night! As an option, you may head out for a night game drive or nature walk for very different experiences from vehicle safaris during the daytime. Needs to be booked in advance please.

A game drive towards the park exit followed by crossing the Great Rift Valley and on towards the entrance to the Serengeti. Drive through scenic villages and observe herders and their lifestock along the way. A brief stop for formalities and onto searching for wildlife until this evening when you arrive at your comfortable safari lodge.

Game viewing is nothing but spectacular in this mosaic of habitats - a place the Wildebeest Migration comes through roughly between April and July. Yet this area is known for plentiful wildlife year round due to it's perennial rivers.
Head out for another full day gazing at the amazing scenery and wildlife. Listen to the birds and scan the trees for leopards and lions.
Serengeti Game Drives
Today your guide will visit all his secret spots, natural salt licks, a pool that does not dry out - Linger, watch, listen and enjoy as long as you like. There is no rushing when you are the only ones in your vehicle.

A pleasant morning game drive towards the gate and on to the way to Ngorongoro Crater. Descend into the famous caldera where the "Big-5" are present.
Head for your lodge in Karatu late afternoon.
