DAY 1 - 2: MATOBO NATIONAL PARK

Upon arrival at Joshua Mqabuko Nkomo International Airport, a driver from the lodge will be waiting to transfer you to Matobo Hills Lodge, your accommodation for the next two days. All meals will be enjoyed at the lodge, and you will have the option of choosing a full day of activities tailored to your preferences. The lodge will personalize your safari experience based on your interests and desires.

Luxury African Cuisine: Everything we do is a celebration of Zimbabwean cuisine. From sourcing local ingredients to serving them with care, you can expect to savor a truly authentic feast. Lunch and dinner are three-course meals, prepared African safari style over a wood fire by our passionate local chefs, blending creativity and technique to offer a unique culinary experience.

Activities available include:

• Tracking white rhino on foot through the hills with an experienced guide.
• Exploring ancient cave paintings in some of Africa’s most renowned sites, where you'll learn about the history of the San Bushmen.
• Enjoying sundowners and a historical talk at the grave of Cecil John Rhodes.
• Cultural visits to friendly local villages, where you can interact with the community and learn about their way of life.
• Going on a game drive through the national park in search of its famed birdlife.
• Embarking on an early morning drive to scout for leopards.
• Hiking and walking trails throughout the property.

DAY 3 - 5: HWANGE NATIONAL PARK

Upon arrival at Hwange National Park Airport, a driver from the lodge will be waiting to transfer you to Somalisa Camp, your home for the next three days. You’ll be warmly welcomed upon arrival and checked into your luxurious accommodations. All meals will be served at the lodge, and you can look forward to two daily safari activities, where you'll immerse yourself in the African wilderness alongside your guide, tracking wildlife and exploring the beauty of the bush.

Somalisa Camp is nestled under the dappled shade of an Acacia grove, combining elegant design with the raw beauty of nature. The camp’s décor seamlessly blends Kudhinda, a traditional Zimbabwean fabric, with contemporary influences, creating a warm, authentic African atmosphere. Enjoy world-class amenities, including an inviting bar, a swimming pool with breathtaking views of the Elephant Pool, a cozy firepit, and a serene shared lounge area.

During your stay, take part in a range of safari activities, including game drives, birding excursions, walking safaris, and cultural visits. DAY 6 - 9: VICTORIA FALLS

After an exciting few days of safari adventures, you'll make your way to Victoria Falls to spend the next three days exploring this breathtaking area. Start each day with a delicious breakfast at your hotel, followed by full- or half-day activities. You’ll also have a free day to explore at your own pace or simply relax and enjoy the hotel's beautiful grounds and pool area.

Your hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Victoria Falls, within walking distance of historical sites, restaurants, and activities. Offering warm, authentic African hospitality, the friendly and attentive staff will ensure your stay is comfortable and memorable.

DAY 9: END OF TRIP

This morning, enjoy a leisurely breakfast before packing and checking out of the hotel. Your driver will transfer you to Victoria Falls Airport. Upon arrival at the airport, your tour with us comes to an end as you prepare for your onward flight home.
