Itinerary Terms and Conditions
Payment : In the event of a go ahead we will require a 20 % deposit on
confirmation and the balance to be settled 6-weeks prior to
arrival.
Conditions : SW Africa reserves the right to increase the above stated rates
in the event of increases being implemented by our suppliers
due to fuel surcharges or the de-valuation of the Rand. In the
event of such an increase, you will be duly notified.
Travel Insurance : Clients must take out travel insurance covering them for
personal effects, personal accident, medical and emergency
travel expenses.
We reserve the right to impose more stringent payment and cancellation terms, should that be demanded from us by any of our individual suppliers that have been included in your itinerary.
Rates do not cover early arrivals or late departures.
