Africa Dynamics Terms and Conditions
- Please be aware of the cancellation terms & conditions as indicated in the Travel Participation Agreement.
- In order to confirm your trip, we will require a completed Travel Reservation & Information form and Travel Participation Agreement for each traveller.
- A 25% non-refundable deposit is due to confirm your booking, unless otherwise specified.
- Payment of final balance is due 60-90 days prior to travel dates, as required by our partners in Africa.
- For any cancellation made between 60 days up to and including the day of departure, 100% of the price is forfeited.
- Please be aware that all guests will be required to sign an indemnity form on arrival at each safari camp.
- If applicable: Gorilla permits must be paid in full at the time of confirmation and are non-refundable.
