TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND GENERAL INFORMATION
*Rates are quoted in USD, based on per person per night sharing.
*2 open safari vehicles are available at each camp. Each seats 8 guests.
*Children aged 5 years and below stay FOC
FULL BOARD RATES INCLUDE:
*Full board accommodation (All three meals)
*Soft drinks, local beer, house wines, and standard spirits, served in camp
*Laundry service
GAME PACKAGE RATES INCLUDE:
*Full board accommodation (breakfast, lunch & dinner)
*Sundowners, Bush Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner
*Soft drinks, local beer, house wines, and standard spirits served in camp and during activities.
*Transfers to/from the nearest airstrips before 11 am
*Laundry service
*Scheduled shared game drives in shared open safari vehicle
RATES EXCLUDE:
*Premium Brand Spirits, wines, champagne
*Additional meals (picnic or in-house)
*Transfers to/from the nearest airstrips for Full Board clients.
*Night game drives and walking safaris
*Flying doctors / medical evacuation insurance
*Flights and airport taxes
*TDL, gratuities, items of personal nature and all extras listed above
CHILD POLICY
*The child rate applies to all children between 5.1 and 16 years. Children 5 years and below stay free.
*Children under 12 years are not recommended to stay in the tent without sharing with an adult or an older child.
*All children under 12 year are not allowed to walk in the camp without being accompanied by an adult.
*Adult rate with a Single supplement will be applicable for any Child occupying their own tent.
GUIDE POLICY
*Driver- guides in regular guides tent – 20,000 TSH payable at the camp (includes meals with guests or guide meals).
*The fee for the Tour leader in the tour leader tent is payable in advance upon confirmation of the booking.
*Park and Camping fees charges as applicable based on nationality and destination.
BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
*A provisional booking will be held for 14 days.
*On confirmation of the booking by the travel agent/tour operator, a 20% non-refundable deposit is due to secure the booking, and the travel agent/tour operator will be liable for payment of any and all cancellation fees to the company, if and when the same becomes due.
*An invoice issued by the Company serves as final confirmation of the booking.
*Upon confirmation of the booking, the travel agent/tour operator confirms and acknowledges that the Clients have been made aware and accept that the tour carries inherent risks and that the Clients voluntarily assume all risks which are associated with the tour.
*All Clients will be required to sign indemnities at the camp to ensure their safety
*The full amount of the camp accommodation is payable not less than 45 days prior to the date when the tour commences.
*A booking made less than 45 days after the commencement of the stay is payable in full upon confirmation of the booking.
*In the event that a booking is not paid in full as per the above payment terms, the Company reserves the right to cancel a reservation, and the travel agent/tour operator will be liable for full cancellation fees on behalf of the Client.
*The Company will not provide tickets, coupons, vouchers, or booking documentation until proof of the full payment has been received. (This can be in the form of a wire posted in the bank account or via credit card payment link with additional 3.5% surcharge.)
CANCELLATION POLICY
*All cancellations should be made in writing and will only be deemed effective upon acknowledged receipt by the company.
*Any booking cancelled More than 45 days prior to arrival – full 20% deposit is forfeited
*Any booking cancelled Between 45 and 30 days prior to arrival - 50% of the full value is forfeited.
*Any booking cancelled Less than 30 days prior to arrival and no-shows - 100% of the value is forfeited.
*Date changes after confirmation will be treated on an individual basis and might attract a 2% administration fee.
*The same cancelation fee applies for a reduction in the number of guests, rooms, nights, or no-shows.
*No refund will be given to guests who start a stay at any camp but leave before completion of their safari.
