Kubu Lodge is a small, owner managed lodge with eleven raised, thatched chalets. Comfortable and tastefully decorated, each chalet is fitted with ceiling fans, tea/coffee facilities, hairdryer, fridge and private bathrooms. Guests can enjoy dining in the onsite restaurant, where a delightful fusion of traditional African cuisine with a European flair is served against the stunning backdrop of the Chobe River. The bar and adjoining cocktail deck is an ideal place to sip cocktails whilst basking in the glow of an African sunset. Additional amenities include a swimming pool, reading lounge, souvenir shop, and free Wi-Fi. The lodge also has a private campground with plunge pool and ablution facilities. Each campsite has its own barbecue and fire pit. The world renown Chobe National Park is a short drive away and guests can explore the park's famous wildlife diversity by open-top safari vehicle or motorboat. A mix of local activities are offered as well as a memorable day trip to the Natural Wonder of Victoria Falls in nearby Zimbabwe.

Your Tented Camp will be set up by the camp team in a one of the private operator sites on an exclusive basis. Each tent is a 6m x 4m walk in safari tent and each has it's own attached bathroom area with a suspended bucket shower, and dry flush sand loo. Solar lighting and charging are all included in the tent set up.

The team are there to ensure you are well looked after and fed while you focus your day on the wildlife and the wilderness that surrounds you.

This is a very genuine safari experience with no frills but everything you need to ensure your comfort and safety in the famous Savute area of the Chobe National Park - highlights here are enjoying the lion prides that hunt these open grasslands along with the Cheetah and Wild dogs plus a very big population of elephants that come to the permanent water points that keep this area alive with a wonderful variety and density of wildlife.

Moremi lies on the Eastern Extremity of the Okavango Delta, Habitats range from wide open floodplains,marshes,lagoons, papyrus fringed channels, vast stands f reeds, mixed woodland and open grassland. As a result of the extremely variable habitat the diversity of both wildlife and birdlife is excellent. Moremi is amongst the best game reserves in Africa for viewing the endangered African wild dog. It is home to the resident herd of several buffalo whose range cover the territories of many prides of lion which may be seen flanking the ever moving herds. Breeding herds of elephant move between their browsing areas and the Mopane Forrests and the fresh water of the Okavango.
