Roy's Rest Camp is a small part of the Elandslaagte farm located in Grootfontein, Namibia. The guest rooms, bungalows and rondavels are spacious, comfortable and well-appointed, equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, mosquito nets, tea/coffee facilities and private bathrooms. The property also offers camping sites on an expansive green lawn with shared ablution blocks, a bush kitchen and barbeque facilities. Guests can enjoy dining at the on-site restaurant serving delicious traditional farmer's meals. Mahangu Safari Lodge is located on the western bank of the Okavango River, 22 kilometres south of Divundu, Namibia. The lodge offers an array of accommodations ranging from bush huts and a houseboat to safari tents and river-facing campsites. After successfully bringing refreshed design and enhanced comfort to the lodge rooms in 2024, we are now turning our attention to the heart of the lodge. In 2026, the main guest areas, including the reception, restaurant, bar, and sundowner deck, will undergo a major upgrade to create a brighter, more modern space that complements the look and feel of our newly styled rooms. To ensure a smooth renovation process with minimal disruption, the lodge will be temporarily closed from 15 January to 2 April 2026. We appreciate your understanding and are happy to assist with rescheduling any existing bookings.

Join a guided fishing trip and catch species such as catfish, tilapia, nambwe and tigerfish. Boat and basic tackle & bait are included, drinks on own account. A fishing licence can be obtained at the lodge but is not included in the rate. Lost lure or broken fishing equipment to be replaced at guest’s expense. All fishing is on a catch and release basis.

Along the edge of the mighty Zambezi River, lies the water sanctuary of Zambezi Mubala Lodge & Camp. A bird-lover’s dream, this lodge is home to one of the largest colonies of Carmine Bee-eaters, that live along the banks of the majestic Zambezi. Birds are often joined by the occasional hippo or crocodile, baking in the shallow waters along the banks. Guests can relax and watch the colours of life sail along the steady current of the river.
