Rwakobo Rock is a peaceful and secluded retreat where guests can breathe in the essence of wild Uganda. Buhoma Community Haven Lodge opened in December 2014 to help BMCDA cater for clients seeking affordable accommodation. The Buhoma Mukono Community Development Association (BMCDA) has brought together over 7,000 community members for the benefit of development, improved livelihoods, and conservation of natural resources. BMCDA is assisting local people to obtain reputable employment and empowering them with the necessary skills to not only guide tourists but to further their career goals.
Tourists can assist us with their mission by staying at Buhoma Community Haven Lodge or at Buhoma Community Rest Camp and by booking the Buhoma Community Village Walk/Batwa tour. Revenue earned from guests transfers to BMCDA and is then dispersed to local community projects. The following are some of those projects: Buhoma Community Primary School, Buhoma Community High School, Buhoma Gravity Water Flow Scheme, Rainwater Harvesting, Pineapple and Vegetable Growing Project, Buhoma Cooperative Savings and Credit Society.
Buhoma Haven Lodge is located above Buhoma village, a 5-minute drive from the main road, and this elevated location guarantees excellent views across Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. The loge has 2 beautifully designed twin/double cottages and 1 family cottage, all self-contained (en-suite bathrooms) and merging simple elegance with local materials. The property was constructed with support from people of America (USADF)' and they thank the tax payers of America and Uganda in helping change the lives of many. Guests are served 5-course meals blending Western and African cuisine, prepared by Ugandan chefs using locally grown products. For gorilla tracking a packed lunch is also provided.

Enjojo Lodge is bordering the Ishasha sector of Queen Elisabeth Park. It is situated on 40 hectares amidst acacia forest, lush vegetation with palm trees and scattered grassland. Birdlife is abundant and herds of elephants, buffaloes and antelopes are regularly spotted on the land. Vervet monkeys, baboons and black and white colobus have become residents. The lodge offers comfortable accommodation to suit all budgets. In the main lodge area, there are 3 thatched cottages and one Safari House, allowing a total of 16 guests, contributing to a quiet and intimate retreat. The cottages are interlinked with an elevated wooden walkway, and each room has an en-suite bathroom and outdoor shower with hot and cold water. On the wide verandas, guests can relax and overlook the surrounding bush and savanna.
