Overlooking shady courtyard gardens, Courtyard Standard single and double rooms have a bathroom with separate shower and bath and are furnished in contemporary style, some with original Cape-style wood furniture. Each room is equipped with a television, Nespresso machine, a hairdryer, complimentary tea & coffee making facilities and wall safe.

With views, or private patio access to lush tree-ferned gardens, these spacious Courtyard Garden Deluxe rooms have bathrooms with separate bath and shower. They feature softly styled décor with local wood and stone. Each room is equipped with a television, Nespresso machine, a hairdryer, complimentary tea & coffee making facilities and wall safe.

On the 2nd/3rd floors, Mountain Standard single or double rooms overlook our gardens with the eastern slopes of Table Mountain as backdrop. Bathrooms each have a separate shower and bath. Bedrooms are decorated in quiet, natural-toned neutrals. Each room is equipped with a flatscreen, Nespresso machine, a hairdryer, complimentary tea & coffee making facilities and wall safe.

Similar to Mountain Facing rooms but with a larger bedroom (approximately 26 sqm) and sliding doors opening on to its own balcony /patio where guest can sit outside admiring the spectacular view of Table Mountain.

At the north end of the estate, Garden Junior Suites are restfully styled spaces with deluxe bathrooms with separate showers and baths. The bedrooms step down to cosy lounge areas and private garden patios. Each Junior Suite is equipped with a flatscreen, a queen bed, a hairdryer, a wall safe, Nespresso Coffee Machine and DVD player.

Choose from seven newly-designed deluxe suites on the north side of the estate with a spacious balcony overlooking the gardens and mountains.

Heron House is our latest addition to the Bartholomeus Klip portfolio, and perfect for groups of friends and families. Children of all ages are welcomed, and the house has its own garden, swimming pool, large shady verandah and outdoor facilities for braaiing. Brunch and dinner can be ordered to be delivered, or adults are welcome to join us at the restaurant. Meals and Activities need to be booked in advance.

The Premier Rooms are comprised of 4 rooms in De Oude Pastorie, and 2 rooms in the Albert and Victoria Honeymoon Cottage. De Oude Pastorie rooms are all double story, and have the familiar sash windows and flat-roofed feature of most Southern Cape villages.

The Village Square offers beautifully decorated rooms, each unique in design. The building resembles traditional building styles of the early Cape Colon, and the rooms are decorated accordingly. These rooms include Hanover, Drostdy, Ikaya, Arnistin and the Victorian Cottages.

The beautifully decorated Barn rooms date back to the 1800’s, and were originally used as stables for travelers’ horses while journeying along the Garden Route. The rooms were converted into the cosy bedrooms they are now in 1996, and offer beautiful views during your stay.

Our Log Rooms are Swiss-style, double story chalets built in 1988. The building is situated around a fountain, and offers beautiful views from all rooms. We believe these rooms provide an experience that emphasises on the wood-cutting legacy Tsitsikamma is so proud of.
