Botswana Mobile Safari, the Victoria Falls and Luxurious Mozambique

Located on the shores of the Thamalakene River in Maun, Botswana, Maun Waterfront Guesthouse is an excellent option for a nature getaway. The surrounding area offers day trips to the Moremi Game Reserve or embarking on a sundowner boat cruise on the Thamalakene River.

Accommodation options feature eight spacious guest rooms that can accommodate up to 16 guests. The en-suite guest rooms are equipped with air-conditioning and mosquito nets, mini-fridges and tea/coffee making facilities. On a Premium Camping Safari, guests stay in walk in mini-meru tents which all have a private en suite bush toilet and shower. Camp beds with all the bedding are provided. This safari does not require any participation from guests. A back-up team traveling in a separate vehicle with all the equipment will set up the camp before guests arrive and break camp once guests have left.

Guests travel in a Bush Ways custom-built safari vehicle, designed to offer optimum comfort and maximize game viewing and photographic opportunities for the guests.

Entirely removable side windows along with folding windscreen and canvas roofs enhance game viewing opportunities. 220V/2 pin (round) power points are available on the vehicle to recharge cameras along with a small fridge to ensure guests can enjoy cool drinks at all times. On rainy days or if the air is chilly, perspex windows can be slid on both sides of the vehicle, to simultaneously protect perfectly from the weather while allowing a completely unobstructed sight.

Surrounded by lush gardens and manicured lawns, this 50-room lodge offers plenty of space, comfort, and charm. Each room is tastefully decorated in a classic style and overlooks the gardens, creating a calm and relaxing atmosphere.

All rooms come with air conditioning, ceiling fans, a safe, mosquito nets, tea and coffee-making facilities, multi-plugs, and good lighting. Each has its own en-suite bathroom with a shower, toilet, and double vanity.
