As a "combination" Okavango Delta location, Wilderness Seba offers enthralling wildlife encounters from both land- and water-based activities. In addition to game drives and boating, walking safaris are another exceptional way to get up close to your subject at eye level. Look out for tracks and signs, and reconnect with nature on foot.
The camp’s lagoon-side setting hints at the rich wildlife experience to come. Eight tents, include two designed for families, with interconnecting bedrooms and plunge pools. Access the bush by game drive, mokoro or guided walks, or join your children for a bush cooking or photography lesson.
INSIDER'S TIP: Game viewing at Wilderness Seba is excellent, with lions and leopards, a chance to see roan, and hyena cubs when the resident clan is denning.
Each of the large canvas tented rooms are raised, overlooking a lagoon inviting uninterrupted views. Designed in soft, neutral tones, each has its own en-suite bathroom and a private deck – the perfect spot to unwind and observe the passing wildlife. All are beautifully furnished, with relaxed comforts – from wooden floors scattered with rugs, to crisp bed linens, and fluffy pillows.
Family Unit – Tent #04
Seba’s family unit has two bedrooms and a lounge area on the upper outdoor deck, sleeping a maximum of four guests. The family tent has its own plunge pool and two bathrooms. A good supply of toys and board games will keep children happily entertained.
Spend quality time with your family upgrading your photography, making scrumptious pizzas, or painting your own masterpiece. Wilderness Seba is ideal from which to introduce young families to the wonder and adventure of Africa.
Family Unit – Tent #08
This tent has three bedrooms (one in the upstairs area), sleeping a maximum of six guests. The family tent has its own plunge pool, two bathrooms, a treasured toy box and excellent board game selection for children.
While the family tents are decorated in a similar warm style to the other twin tents, it is important to note that this tent is roughly double in size – and features an indoor bath, making bath time for younger children considerably easier.

Victoria Falls River Lodge | Victoria Falls (Zimbabwe)

Victoria Falls River Lodge is the first private game lodge built in the Zambezi National Park. This luxury tented lodge is situated right on the banks of the Zambezi River, so close to the Falls you can see the spray in the distance. Erected upon raised decks, under vast thatched roofs, each of the 13 spacious tents have been tastefully decorated in earthy hues and offers a larger than king size bed, comfortable sitting area, and open plan bathroom with freestanding bath as well as indoor and outdoor showers. Each private viewing deck affords spectacular views of the river and surrounding natural fauna and flora, and has its own plunge pool. Family suites are also available. Standard to each tent are mosquito nets, electronic safes, tea/coffee making facilities, ceiling fans, air conditioners and international adapters.
INSIDER'S TIP: We are the closest game park to the Victoria Falls and exceptional game and bird viewing can be seen from your own private deck.
Accommodating a maximum of two adults, these luxurious 110 square meter thatched tents are fully air-conditioned. Constructed of canvas, glass and wood - each extends out onto a private deck with its own plunge pool and boasts uninterrupted panoramas of the Zambezi River and natural bush.
Boasting a larger than king size bed, comfortable sitting area, open plan bathroom with freestanding bathtub and both indoor and outdoor showers. Twin bedded sleeping configurations are also possible.
In addition to the host of amenities available in the Luxury Tent, the 119 square meter Luxury Family Tents at Victoria Falls River Lodge offer guests travelling as a family an adjoining tented room.
Comprising of either one single (¾ sized) bed and one bunk bed, or twin ¾ sized beds, where up to three sharing children younger than 17 years old can sleep comfortably; the adjoining children's alcove allows parents a bit more privacy whilst still keeping their children in close proximity.
The expansive en-suite bathrooms are open plan and shared. A curtain may be drawn between the bathroom and main living area thereby offering more privacy as and when required.
Set among the trees on the banks of the secluded Kandahar Island - and accessible by boat only - each of the 4 exquisite 95-square meter Island Treehouse Suites can accommodate a maximum of two guests (12 years and older) and features a host of luxury conveniences, elegantly appointed sitting area, open-plan en-suite bathroom and a private deck with plunge pool.
In addition to the wealth of luxury amenities offered in the Island Treehouse Suites, the 100 square meter double-storey Starbed Treehouse Suites also boast a spacious sitting area, en-suite bathroom with twin vanities and twin rain-showers and a private rooftop sitting area, with its signature Starbed. Absolutely perfect for honeymooners - or anyone wishing to reconnect with nature and/or self.
Guests aged 12 years and older may be accommodated on The Island.
All Malachite Tented Suites offer a California king sized bed, comfortable sitting area, open plan bathroom with both interior and exterior showers as well as an outdoor bathtub to immerse yourself completely into relaxation and surrounding environment. Twin bedded sleeping configurations are also possible on request. Each of the air-conditioned rooms afford spectacular panoramic views of the Zambezi River and surroundings.

Victoria Falls River Lodge and the Zambezi National Park are a bird watcher’s paradise.
In a comparatively small area around Victoria Falls, birding enthusiasts will be able to view a great diversity of birds within rain forest, riverine, gorge and savannah habitats.
Local species include Rock Pratincole, Schalow’s Turaco, African Finfoot, Half Collared Kingfisher, Thick Billed Weaver, African Skimmer, Pels Fishing Owl, Collared Palm Thrush and Western Banded Snake Eagle (to name but a few).
Guests at Victoria Falls River Lodge seldom have to travel too far from their private decks however as the lush foliage around the lodge offers ample opportunity to enjoy many of the spectacular array of bird life that Zimbabwe has to offer.
