Activities available are dictated by the location of your camp and therefore the facilities to be found nearby. These always include game drives, but can also include balloon Safaris, game and nature walks, game drives, bush dinners and cultural exchanges with local tribesmen. Full-service "bush" breakfasts, lunches and evening sundowners can also be arranged.

A bespoke, tailored experience - the Wayo Africa Walking Safari Camp allows guests a full immersion in the wilds of Serengeti. With a dedicated personal crew to your group including waiters and chefs, the team move your camp every day or every other day as you trek through the most remote regions of the Serengeti. It is rare to see another vehicle or tourist even across a 14 day trek. Treks can take place between 3 and 14 days.

Tents are newly in-house designed, bespoke cocoon tents wrapped in a gauze with a protective fly sheet if the rains should decide to fall. Beds are expeditionary style roll-mat pods with extra padding and crisp, Egyptian cotton linens hidden inside. The idea of this camp is to experience a true digital detox; to escape the hum-drum of busy lives. Walks can become quite personally meditative as days pass with gentle strolls through the wilderness with sundowners and supper around the camp fire in the evenings.

This camp can be used across a range of different National Parks with the experience being personally tailored to the group or guest. This camp focusses on the luxury of the unique experience.

A highland retreat designed to be entirely removable with minimal impact on this precious place, this is your exclusive Crater experience.

Three glass, wood and stretched-canvas rooms, two of which are two bedroom cottages made cosy with heaters, warm textiles and sheepskin look across the iconic Crater view, with a backdrop of ancient acacia trees. The style here is as unique as the location - everything carefully handcrafted locally to the highest standard.

There’s nothing tame about this location – the high altitude sun has some real heat and the wind can be biting and sometimes noisy. Nomad Tanzania have taken up the challenge to create a camp that makes the most of the extraordinary view while providing warmth and shelter from the elements, while being entirely removable. Ngorongoro Crater game drives Guided walks Into the Boma

A big highlight of any stay here, the Ngorongoro Crater is one of Africa's most iconic wildlife destinations. The beauty of Entamanu Private is that it sits within the Conservation area and only 30 minutes drive from the descent road into the Crater. An early start is highly recommended to enjoy the Crater before the majority of visitors make it in from other camps. You will set off with your guide and a packed breakfast and return to camp in time for lunch. Or, head out in the afternoon and enjoy sundowners on the rim on your way back to camp.

Entamanu Private offers guided walks along the rim of the Crater and in the surrounding highlands. You will head out with your guide and a member of the local Maasai community and learn all about medicinal plants, Maasai beliefs, as well as track any local wildlife that has wondered close to camp. Walks are all about soaking up the view at a slower pace and learning to appreciate the little things and they come highly recommended.

Sometimes we drop round to see our Maasai neighbours, who are living a largely traditional life in the boma in the next valley, and still grazing their cattle in the conservation area. It will be just us and them, and a warm welcome, with insights into the pastoral life, from building huts to warrior ceremonies.
