Take a picnic lunch and enjoy an excursion to the slopes of Mt Meru where Arusha National Park is located. The park enjoys an abundance of birdlife, and quite a variety of wildlife. The landscape within its relatively small 137km2 is impressively varied and offers some spectacular views.

A day excursion to Arusha National Park is an additional cost to accommodation.

Arusha is a bustling town with one of the fastest growing populations in Africa. With indoor and garden terrace seating available, and serviced by its very own bar, coffee station and wood fired pizza oven, ‘3 Degrees South’ cafe bistro serves a rich variety of goumet dishes all prepared using the very best of fresh, locally sourced produce.

Every day an extravagant buffet luncheon is served in the cool, manicured gardens.

Indulge in lavish luxury while visiting Tarangire National Park with Ole Serai Luxury Camp - Kuro, which is nestled deep within the heart of the park. The handpicked Ole Serai - Kuro site is strategically located atop an elevated Kopje Hill, overlooking the Tarangire River, the Silale valley leading to the Silale swamp in the West, which is celebrated for being inhabited by Animals during any time of the year due to the water the swamps hold.

O'ldeani Ngorongoro Mountain Lodge is a colonial lodge situated on a picturesque hill with spectacular views of Oldeani Mountain and the Ngorongoro Crater Rim. The lodge is elevated, featuring spectacular views that extend all the way to Lake Eyasi and Lake Manyara.

The property is set on 40 acres of lush green gardens and local vegetation, with over 130 species of birds. The lodge is accessed over a pond and one's first impression is the grand central hallway with wooden trusses looking out over the fireplace, infinity pool and out to Mount O'ldeani, which is part of the caldera of the Ngorongoro crater, only 12 km away.

The Ole Serai Luxury Camp - Seronera is located 14kms from the Seronera HQ / Airstrip, and lies right in the Heart of Central Serengeti. It is located on a spectacular and secluded location perched atop the slopes of Makoma Hills overlooking the magnificent Makoma plains (which is famous for its large numbers of resident Cheetas) and the Thatch Kopjes (famous for its large Makoma Prides of resident Lions). The location also boasts all year game and a large population of wildcats - who are drawn to the huge concentration of prey in and around the area.

Lake Manyara Kilimamoja Lodge is nestled on the rim of the Great African Rift Valley with stunning views of Lake Manyara, Mount Meru and on a clear day, Mount Kilimanjaro.

The lodge is situated in lush green gardens and local vegetation with over 130 species of bird. It offers an ideal place in which to base a northern safari experience. The Ngorongoro Crater, Oldeani, Lake Eyasi, Lake Manyara and the Ngorongoro Highlands are just a short drive away from the lodge. Sitting around the outside fireplace watching the sun setting over the Great Rift Valley and listening to the humming of the birds in the background is a fitting way to end the day, and preparing for a sumptuous dinner feast.
