Kings Lodge is situated between the hills of Bandhavgarh National Park in a large natural forest estate, in Rancha village. The lodge is a 10 minute drive from the Tala gate of the National Park. The Kings Lodge has 18 cottage rooms that are air conditioned with en suite bathrooms and large verandas opening to views of the forest. At the lodge is a dining hall with a fire place overlooking expanses of wild grasslands back dropped by forested hills. There is also an outdoor barbecue and bush dinner area. Other facilities at the lodge include a small nature library, in house spa and a swimming pool with a sun deck. An experienced naturalist team hosts tours and various other wildlife experiences. The lodge offers Bandhavgarh Jungle Safaris in 4 x 4 open Suzuki Jeeps with front facing elevated seats. The elephant safari in Bandhavgarh can be booked from an hour up until half day. Also available are cycling facilities and walking trails in the wilderness accompanied by trained guides. Village visits, bird walks and day or overnight trips to the Sanjay National Park can be organised.

The Singinawa Jungle Lodge is set on 55 acres of forestry landscape. The lodge features 12 cottages, waterholes, rich grasslands, a fresh water river, rock features and forest.
The cottages are secluded and contain a large bedroom, private veranda, en-suite bathrooms, a fireplace, air conditioning and a mini bar. There's a grand dining area serving meals throughout the day. An open air campfire can be found on the terrace that overlooks the forest.
Other amenities include a swimming pool, wild life library, lounge, nature souvenir shop and a spa. Also available are bicycles for exploring the lodge grounds and nearby villages. Jungle safaris, bird walks and nature walks can all be arranged at the lodge.

The famous Jungle Book character Mowgli was a wolf befriending boy from the tribal village of Pench. If Mowgli could enliven his escapades, Pench tree lodge would be his time warped home in 21st century. He could certainly somersault with the monkeys here or luxuriously laze under the shade of Mahua Tree, in the comforts of stylish, spacious and snugly tree houses set in regal landscapes. Later, deciding to set out on a Jeep Safari to meet ‘Shere Khan’–the Tiger and ‘Baloo’-the Bear and check on his troop of ‘Bander log’– monkey folks and all other good old friends from Pench national park.
Pench Tree Lodge is the refuge of the au courant, adventurous and eco sensitive ‘Mowgli’. Our six well appointed tree houses are perched in the undisturbed 16 hectares of forested area in the small ‘Sarrahiri’ village of Pench in the Karmajhiri area. This is the first lodge to be set up in this underdeveloped zone and supports are conservation policy of not overcrowding areas and making them unsustainable with over exposure to tourism.
