We offer you the finest wines from Chile and Argentina, in addition to delicious fresh salads, cheese and cold cut platters, pastas, focaccia, and pizzas oozing with a combination of the best cheeses.

Our famous, thin crust pizzas are prepared with an authentic Italian recipe and are baked in our wood-burning brick oven, to give them that undeniable old style flavor. And the love with which each one is created makes them out of this world. Very likely, the best pizza you have ever had.

These dishes are not only scrumptious, but beautiful as well. We serve these pieces of art, both, at the wet bar while you soak in our amazing hot springs, or from the sushi bar seating on dry ground.

Try our unique recipes like our Springs roll, traditional favorites like the California roll and Avocado roll, or one of our authentic Japanese salads or pastas.

Our restaurant strives to offer the best local and traditional food to our guests along with a wide
variety of international cuisine for your delight. We offer a la carte menu and buffet service as well, both with exquisite options. Our goal is to offer top quality service and the best experience.

Breakfast Buffet:
Available from 6:30 am to 9:30 am.
Any other dish outside this buffet service has an additional cost.

Buffet or special menu for Groups/ Fit’s with included meals:
The buffet service is a great option for customers who have a full itinerary of activities and want
their food not to interfere in order to make the most of their stay in the area. Food services
included for groups or individuals may be buffet style or special menu, according to Hotel’s
occupancy and availability.

In order to provide the best service and product quality, Buffet has a schedule:
Lunch Buffet: 12:00 m. – 2:30 p.m.
Dinner Buffet: 6:30 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.

Á la carte Menu:
This menu allows our guests to choose the meal option they desire, adapting it to their palate.
Our menu offers lunch and dinner options, which range from a quick sandwich to delicious dishes
prepared with the finest ingredients.
Prices on the menu range from $12 to $32 plus 23% taxes.

In the case of clients with an included meal plan:
The Hotel will provide one (not both) of the following options: Buffet or Special Menu, according
to the hotel’s occupancy.
