Enjoy a little more space in our Superior rooms. Each of the 10 Superior rooms is provided with extra-length king size beds (convertible into twins), air conditioning, en-suite bathroom (with either a shower or a shower and a bath), satellite television, a safe, mini-bar, telephone, hairdryer, coffee and tea station and complimentary Wi-Fi access.

These 2 rooms are smaller than our superior rooms. Each of the 2 standard rooms in Welgelegen House has queen size beds (not convertible into twins), air conditioning, en-suite bathroom (with shower only), satellite television, a safe, mini-bar, telephone, hairdryer and complimentary Wi-Fi access.

Each of the 2 superior family rooms in Welgelegen House has extra-length king size beds (convertible into twins), air conditioning, en-suite bathroom, satellite television, a safe, mini-bar, telephone, hairdryer and complimentary Wi-Fi access. One of the rooms has an inter-leading room with two single beds that can accommodate a family of 4. The other Superior Family room has an inter-leading room with one single bed that can accommodate a family of 3.

Our smallest room is perfect for a more price conscious traveller or a single traveller. This cosy room has a double bed (not convertible into twin beds), air conditioning, en-suite bathroom (with shower only), satellite television, a safe, mini-bar, telephone, hairdryer and complimentary Wi-Fi access.

This room is situated in the main house facing the street side with its own separate bathroom with shower only. Bed is a King size Double.

These rooms are overlooking the garden. Each room has an en-suite bathroom with under-floor heating, Victorian bath and separate spacious Hans Grohe rain dance shower. The beds are all King size Doubles.

The fully furnished upper level family suite has 2 bedrooms; 1 King and 1 Twin. There is a spacious bathroom with Victorian bath and separate shower, as well as a TV lounge with fireplace and a private upper level verandah with magnificent mountain views.

Situated in the lush gardens surrounding the main lodge. Double or twin bedded, with en-suite bathrooms (separate bath & showers) lounge area and a private wooden deck. A cosy fireplace, mini-bar, wi-fi, tea & coffee station, delicious cookies and popcorn and aircon.

Double storey accommodation. Situated in the lush gardens surrounding the main lodge. Double or twin bedded, with en-suite bathrooms (separate bath & showers) lounge area and a private wooden decks on the upper and lower levels.

These suites can also be used for for families travelling and can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children aged 12 and under sharing accommodation. Parents are accommodated upstairs in the master bedroom (with en-suite bathroom), while the children are accommodated downstairs in the lounge area. In the evening the double sleeper couch and an ottoman, which is shorter than a single bed, are made up for the children.

The family would share the same bathroom facilities upstairs.

No fireplaces in these suites as a precaution for when children are accommodated there.

The stone and thatch chalets at Mark’s Camp are decorated in a relaxed Pan-African style.

The chalets open up onto your own private viewing deck with views over the surrounding bush.

The en-suite bathroom has a shower and "his & hers" basins.

These rooms can accommodate 2 adults and 1 child under the age of 7 years.

Children are accommodated on the day bed at the foot end of the parents bed.

Mark’s Camp is discretely fenced for children’s safety.

At Mark's Camp we have 3 family rooms which can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children (under 18) and 1 family suite which can accommodate 4 adults and 2 children (under 12).

The en-suite bathrooms have a shower and "his & hers" basins. Family rooms have partitioned sleeping areas for parents and children.

The family suite consists of 2 separate bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. The children’s beds in the lounge area double as a lounge when not needed as beds.

We also offer a special children’s programme for children aged 2 and older, which includes special activities and meals. For those under 2 years of age, we provide experienced child-minders & nannies.
