Located in the Chobe Forest Reserve just 3km from the Chobe National Park (a region renowned for its outstanding wildlife, in particular the famous Chobe Elephants, and home to more than 75 mammal and 450 bird species), Ngoma Safari Lodge commands awe-inspiring views over the Chobe River and floodplains.
The lodge’s central area features an inviting lounge, dining room, and bar, along with a refreshing plunge pool overlooking the river. Accommodation consists of just eight luxurious river-facing suites and two spacious family suites, each designed to offer privacy and comfort. Wilderness Savuti, situated in the private Linyanti Wildlife Reserve along the Savuti Channel, is famous as a sporadic and unusual watercourse. As part of a natural cycle, the waters of the Savuti either flow strongly – a magnet for thirsty wildlife – or recede to leave behind a rich grassland.
Wilderness Savuti provides front-row seats to amazing wildlife viewing perched high on the channel banks. The camp looks down on a miraculous ribbon of territory where both plains game and predators thrive, and exploring the length of this channel and its associated woodlands is thus a highlight here.
The intimate camp's en-suite accommodation is in six canvas-and-thatch tents (including a family unit). From the camp's thatched dining area, elevated wooden decks extend out over the channel bed, with a small pool, fire deck and wonderful views over the channel.
INSIDER'S TIP: The Zibadianja Hide (currently under refurbishment) offers a sublime daytime excursion, perfectly positioned overlooking the Savuti Channel with sweeping views westward across the iconic Zibadianja Lagoon. From this exceptional vantage point, guests enjoy close-up encounters with Savuti's renowned wildlife, as elephant and other water-dependent species regularly traverse the channel.

Kiri Camp is named after the Kiri channel which flows passed the island on which the camp is situated. The camp is raised on wooden decks to give one a view of the mighty Kiri floodplains which stretch out in front of the camp. The luxury tents are designed to incorporate the surrounding ebony forest under which the camp is situated. The use of wood, canvas and reeds are primary to the architecture of this stunning camp.
Kiri Camp offers a combination of both game drives and water activities. Based on a private concession, these activities will take you to some of the more remote areas in the delta, previously inaccessible. A motorboat ride during peak flood times promises to enthrall you and captivate you, with the chance of seeing iconic wildlife from the river. Glide on quiet mokoro’s through the water lilies and view wildlife from below as you sail along at water level height. The wildlife in the Kiri area is diverse and plentiful, renown for its lion and buffalo interactions and rare wild dog numbers.
