25 spacious stilted villas of 60 sqm interior with a 20 sqm terrace deck. They include a king size bed and sofa bed, and can accommodate up to 2 adults, 1 child up to 16 years and 1 infant in an extra bed. All Terrace Villas are built on stilts, air-conditioned and enjoy views of the lush vegetation, rice fields and garden area of the resort.

State Rooms are a blend of colonial charm and modern comfort. With a choice of king or twin beds, all rooms are beautifully appointed with air-conditioning, overhead fans and a marble bathroom with a separate bathtub and shower. French sliding doors open to a private balcony with table and chairs.

Landmark Rooms were first designed in 1929 and come with high ceilings, wooden floors, historic marble bathrooms with claw-foot bath and a separate shower. Landmark Suites are situated in the heritage building, named in honour of Cambodia's ancient history: Chenla Suite, Angkor Suite, Khmer Suite and Kambaya Suite. Each suite has 1 or 2 bedrooms and a spacious living room decorated with original antiques and artwork. Highlights include a sleigh bed, marble bathrooms with the original claw-footed bathtub and separate bath and a juliet balcony.

Le Royal Suite is a premier suite, offering unrivalled luxury, privacy and space. Featuring a large private balcony from which guests can enjoy views of the gardens and city skyline. Located on the top floor of the heritage building, the suite is beautifully restored to its 1929 former glory with the addition of the essential modern conveniences. The large lounge and dining room is ideal for entertaining or relaxing with family or friends. The culinary team can prepare a meal or snacks in the fully equipped kitchen with separate entrance. Le Royal Suite can be sold as a one bedroom with a four poster king bed or with an additional twin bedroom each with ensuite.

Balcony Suites are spacious corner suites, overlooking the tranquil gardens and pool. The over-sized balcony is furnished with a rattan shell chair and patio seating, perfect for a breakfast or romantic dinner. Indoors, timber beading and dark wood panelling line the interiors while rich fabrics and restored vintage furnishings retain the hotel’s timeless French Colonial and Khmer style. Louvered shutters, a distinctive exterior feature of the hotel, has been cleverly brought indoors to separate the bedroom from the bathroom. While newly designed, the en-suite bathroom is reminiscent of old world charm with a claw-footed bath and freestanding faucet.
