Twice daily game drives are conducted to explore the magnificent hills and valleys of the Hluhluwe iMfolozi Park. Nothing is predictable in the bush; therefore each safari offers a potentially new and unique experience. Our guides will share their wealth of bush experience which involves the identifications of animals, trees, grasses, insects and birds. The medicinal uses of plants and local folk lore is also discussed as well as looking for the ever fascinating Big 5!
Guests can enjoy guided walks lasting 3-4 hours inside the park in Big 5 territory. No children under 14 years. Additional cost.

Hluhluwe:
This is the oldest game park in Africa, it was proclaimed to prevent the white rhino from becoming extinct. It has eighty mammal species and an excess of 300 bird species, all in a 96'000HA of reserve.

Experienced guides share their deep knowledge of the bush, tracking animals and interpreting the subtle signs of the wilderness.
Lake Jozini lies in a dramatic setting at the foot of the Lebombo Mountains and is one of South Africa's largesr dams. There are several exquisite gorges which abound with cycads anda large variety of birds. On the western side of the dam one might see elephant, rhino, hippo and crocodile. The 13 varieties of fish found in the dam include tilapia, catfish, mud fish, carp and the sought after tiger fish. A catch and release policy for the tigers is promoted and anglers are encouraged to retain only one trophy fish each day, releasing the live smaller ones.
