At this attraction, visitors can explore the rugged landscapes of the Urubamba mountain range and enjoy breathtaking views of the surrounding valleys. Activities include trekking along the Patacancha River, visiting the nearby village of Patacancha, and experiencing the natural beauty of the high-altitude environment. Notably, the mountain’s name comes from Quechua words meaning “step corral” or “bank corral,” and it lies northeast of Huarmaripayoc and southeast of Huacratanca, making it a culturally and geographically significant landmark.
