From Kamanjab you can reach Palmwag Lodge on the C 40, 120 kilometers away, and from Khorixas you can reach Palmwag Lodge on the C 39, 160 kilometers away. Palmwag Lodge is an ideal stop over on the way to the Kaokoland, Etosha and the coast. Palmwag Lodge manages and operates the 582,000 hectare large concession area. Abundant wildlife such as mountain zebra, kudu, springbok, giraffe, lion, desert adapted elephant, the endangered black rhino and many other species occur here. We love it when our guests feel at home!

We have 6 outside guest rooms, twin beds and one room with a double bed with an extra bed for a child. Each room has a private bathroom and is uniquely decorated.

Fiume is owner managed and situated just 35km north from the town of Grootfontein and 3km from the B8. Fiume Lodge is an ideal stopover for traveller’s en-route to the north of Namibia, the Caprivi as well as Botswana and the Viktoria Falls. Situated on a rock terrace high up on the slope of Waterberg, the restaurant and chalets of Waterberg Plateau Lodge afford grand vistas of the endless Kalahari bush savannah below. Each of the double room chalets sits between red sandstone rocks in the midst of green bush, with total privacy guaranteed. Acacias shade the terrace; a plunge pool filled with spring water provides cooling and attracts birds and small game.
