Shongwe Lookout is an exciting new build, 23-bedroom lodge in the suburbs of Victoria Falls. It is located roughly 1 kilometre from Victoria Falls town, and 2 kilometres from the Falls.

Our rooms are targeted at the more discerning guest, with quality fittings, elegant decor, and verdant garden surrounds.

Our unique offering is a 2-platform lookout tower with views of the Zambezi River, and Falls' spray. This tower is open both for early morning coffees, from 5am, and for evening drinks, until 9pm. The tower includes an intercom system and a pulley to allow guests to order drinks and nibbles without having to miss a moment of the magical view.

Shongwe Lookout also has an onsite bar and restaurant, the latter offering breakfast, lunch and dinner. An onsite pool and boma area complete the experience.

Chobe Safari Lodge is situated in Kasane on the banks of the Chobe River and shares a border with Chobe National Park. Right on the doorstep is the meeting of four African countries: Botswana, Namibia, Zimbabwe and Zambia. Chobe Safari Lodge therefore offers an excellent getaway location to Chobe, Victoria Falls or Caprivi.

The close proximity to Victoria Falls International Airport, Livingstone International Airport and Kasane International Airport makes it easily accessible, with daily road transfers or charter flights connecting all these airports with Chobe Safari Lodge. The Moremi Game Reserve offers protection of some 5500 km2 of pristine wilderness and is part of the 1000th World Heritage listed site – the Okavango Delta. A tapestry of landscapes with seasonal flood plains, permanent water channels and lagoons alongside the riverine. Mophane forests offer travellers an ever changing vista that holds an astonishing amount of bird, mammal, reptile and insect life. There are resident prides of Lions, strong densities of Leopard, African Wild Dog, Hyena and Cheetah. Elephants have a strong presence along with other herbivores like Hippos, Giraffes, Kudus and Impalas. It is easily described as a birders paradise with a number of big ticks for the International birder.

Semi - Luxury Tented accommodation

Spacious walk-in tented accommodation. These tents are designed to give great ventilation during the heat of the day and are installed with a fly sheet to offer even deeper shade. The Meru tent measures 8.5m x 4m which includes a 2m x 4m bathroom and veranda of 1.5m x 4m. Here you have to choice of a double bed or 2 single beds. cotton linen and towels, and a bedside table illuminated by a 12v battery powered light at night. At the rear of your tent there is a 3m x 2m en-suite bathroom with open top, accommodating a shower and toilet area. This bathroom is very safe to use even in the middle of the night. The shower consists of a shower bucket (a collapsible canvas bucket with a shower rose at the bottom) which hangs from a metal pole or tree branch and is filled with warm water when you are ready to take your shower.
