Little Saseka: Private Safari Living for Families & Small Groups

Tucked within Saseka Tented Camp, Little Saseka is an exclusive-use tented villa designed for families or small parties. With its own private deck and pool overlooking the Monwana Riverbed, this elegant safari escape blends 19th-century charm with modern luxury—crafted by renowned architects Silvio Rech and Lesley Carstens.

The tent sleeps two adults and two small children, with the option to expand into adjacent tents for larger groups. A personal chef, dedicated butler, and private game vehicle allow you to tailor every moment—whether it’s poolside downtime, personalised game drives, or bush-inspired activities for the kids.

At Little Saseka, the pace is yours to set, the wild yours to explore.

Singita Ebony Lodge | Sabi Sand Nature Reserve

Singita Ebony Lodge, located on the Sand River in the Singita Sabi Sand reserve offers a contemporary take on the classic safari lodge, combining tented camp and bush lodge style. The lodge comprises 12 suites, each with its own private plunge pool. Inspired by the romance and adventure of tented camps and explorers’ abodes, the external walls have been almost completely removed and replaced by canvas and glass to create safari tent-style suites to maximise views, and to allow guests to be immersed in nature. Outdoor pavilion decks – ideal for dining and relaxing – are suspended off the river banks as if hanging in the trees.

Loapi, Tswalu | Tswalu

Located in Bruwer Valley, Loapi invites deep engagement with the southern Kalahari in all its unfettered, changeable beauty. Offering a private wilderness experience, Loapi is a collection of six exclusive-use safari homes with expansive views of Tswalu's arid savannah plains and the distant Korannaberg mountains. Loapi means ‘the space below the clouds’ in Setswana, perfectly reflecting the camp's environmentally sensitive, modular design that combines canvas, glass and steel. Each one- or two-bedroom home features quietly luxurious sculptural interiors enriched by nature’s colours, forms and shapes, optimising the sense of space while evoking the carefree, nomadic spirit of camping. Each home is managed by a dedicated homathi (house manager) and chef, ensuring the highest level of personalised service. As with Tswalu's other luxury camps, every booking includes a private safari vehicle, as well as a dedicated guide and tracker.
