Sub-divided into two types-

Villas 15 and 16

Approximately 735 sq. ft. (68.28 sq meters) in buildings of 4 villas feature a sleeping alcove with a king bed, and a sofa/bed in the main area.

Villas 23 and 24

Approximately 600 sq. ft. (55.74 sq meters) are individual villas on our West Hill, with two full beds and a sofa/bed, and larger private garden area.

Approximately 735 sq. ft. (68.28 sq meters) Individual buildings with either king bed or two full beds. Located on our East Hill.

Approximately 820 sq. ft. (76.18 sq meters) with king bed and 2 sofa beds, and larger private gardens, and are located on our West Hill. Villa 26 has a separate bedroom (all other villas are open plan) and is designed for specially abled people

Our largest and very special villa measures 1,420 sq. ft. (131.92 sq meters) with two generous bedrooms: one with a king size bed and the other one with two double beds, two bathrooms, salon and dining area, office study with internet, television, full kitchen, and a panoramic view over tropical gardens, our sunset pool, and the expanse of the Central Valley. This generous villa is ideal for special guest, visiting dignitaries or families. The villa may also be reserved for small special events or long term stays.

“Ninta” is the Chorotegan word for “beach”, and the inspiration behind our sleek units designed to make your beachfront experience as vivid as possible. The Ninta bungalows are made up of 80 square meters (800 square feet) of luxury space including an ample terrace, a private 3.5 x 3.5 meter (10 x 10 ft) plunge pool, hammock, king bed and double indoor/outdoor shower. Our floor to ceiling glass doors open to ocean views, making Ninta ideal for a memorable honeymoon or just a romantic getaway surrounded by raw nature and the hypnotic sound of the ocean.

“Manti” is the Chorotegan word for “tree”, and the inspiration behind our sleek units designed to make your private garden and forest experience as vivid as possible. The Manti bungalows are made up of 80 square meters (800 square feet) of luxury space including an ample terrace, a private 3.5 x 3.5 meter (10 x 10 ft) plunge pool, hammock, king bed and double indoor/outdoor shower. Our floor to ceiling glass doors open to garden views, making Manti ideal for a memorable honeymoon or just a romantic getaway surrounded by raw nature and the mystic sound of the forest.

“Nanku” means “home” in Chorotega, which is what we aim to be for you! Our Nanku Suites are perfect for small families or groups. They offer a sleeping area with either one king bed or two queen beds (bedding preference can be requested but is not guaranteed), and a large living room space with two twin daybeds.
