Carnarvon Dale once provided lodgings for travellers, whose journeys had been halted by the flooded Bushmans River. In that same tradition of hospitality, Roger and Maryan Hart welcome guests to their 1820 Settler farmhouse, the Bottom House, and the 1907 Edwardian Top House, which offer comfortable, owner-managed, en-suite, serviced bedrooms.

The bedrooms are in "The Top House" a restored early Edwardian cottage.

There is a choice of two en suite serviced bedrooms -- a double bed bedroom and the other with two single beds.

There is a common private lounge leading on to a covered veranda overlooking the pool area.
