As we glide over the coral gardens, you will learn about the history and diversity of the fringing reef and the wonderful array of world-class marine life that call the waters surrounding Lizard home.

Prior to your beachfront dinner, you will meet with the Island’s Chef to discuss your 7-course degustation menu and the matching wine selection. Minimal service interruptions ensure the ultimate seclusion and privacy.

Unlimited use of motorized dinghies, paddle boards, catamarans and snorkeling equipment.

Today you venture to the Outer Barrier Reef aboard the MV Fascination for a full day private charter.
Fascination is a 51 foot Flybridge Cruiser that provides the perfect platform for snorkeling and fishing. Your captain will show you some wonderful locations that are within easy reach of the island. You snorkel the spectacular drop offs on the edge of the outer barrier reef and the sensational coral bommie gardens which abound on the leeward side of the Ribbon Reefs. The Cod Hole, famed for its family of potato grouper and maori wrasse is sure to provide the highlight of your dive experience.

Today you travel to the Great Barrier Reef for a full day of snorkelling. (Please note this tour is on a shared basis.) You make your way to the Beach Club by 8.30 am for a 9.00 am departure.
The MV Serranidae is a 16 metre purpose built dive vessel which operates day trips to the outer reef. There are some wonderful locations within easy reach of the island and you will enjoy spectacular snorkelling opportunities around the Marine National Park.
The Great Barrier Reef is a world “icon” and is home to an amazing variety of fascinating animals. While most people are familiar with the colourful corals and the beautifully bright fish, other creatures on the reef are just as intriguing.

Simple and relaxed, Salt Water Restaurant is in an idyllic setting, allowing you to take full advantage of the 180-degree ocean views whilst enjoying the stunning food inspired by the freshest local produce from the waters around the island and from the hinterland of the mainland – much of which arrives on daily flights.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner is served at Salt Water with menus changing daily.

When you arrive at the Marlin Bar it is like stepping back in time – as the Bar remains almost untouched from its original rustic style and ambience that has thrilled sailors, guests and deep sea fishermen since the 1970’s.
One concession to this has been the introduction of a wood fire pizza oven; we invite you to enjoy a stroll down the boardwalk and enjoy authentic pizza and a glass of wine in this iconic location. Marlin Bar opens on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Monday is beef and burger night, Wednesday is pizza night and Friday is tapas night.
