A beautful rustic, homey and traditional camp of 8 canvas-walled units beneath cooling thatch, Camp Hwange overlooks one of the natural waterholes that make this part of Hwange National Park special. Aside from fantastic game viewing, especially in the drier months from April through to November, Camp Hwange real draw is that it offers an excellent guided experience with a strong emphasis on walking and tracking. The camp's guides and staff and extremely friendly and professional.
Founded in 2010 by a well-known professional guide, Camp Hwange’s emphasis is on wildlife viewing and its location is strategic. This private concession in the central part of Hwange lies between the rugged mopane woodlands to the north and the sandy soil teak forests to the south-west; it’s location here on this open savannah ecotone means that game viewing is as diverse as its habitat types.

With a magnificent combination of wildlife and wilderness, Vundu Camp offers an authentic safari experience in beautiful Mana Pools, on the banks of the mighty Zambezi. Its accommodation is in comfortable tented chalets under thatch and the seasonal camp lies amongst a cool grove of ebony and tamarind trees sitting right on the Zambezi River bank with stunning views. The real draw here is the guiding, offering up close and personal encounters with the wildlife in Mana Pools.
Each chalet has a lounge area and an outside seating area overlooking the river, indoor and outdoor bathrooms. The main lounge and dining area are under thatch and elevated providing guests with picturesque views of the Zambezi River. A very animal-active-camp, Vundu Camp is within the Vundu private concession in the heart of Mana Pools National Park and has 5km of river frontage, giving guests an exclusive and immersive experience in the wilds of Africa with the additional opportunity of night game drives.

Tsowa Safari Island is located 40km upstream from the Victoria Falls, in the Zambezi National Park, Zimbabwe. It is a 16 bed luxury modern day Explorer style tented camp. Guests are transferred in open 4x4 vehicles from a private entrance to the Zambezi National Park to the edge of the Zambezi river and then transferred by boat to the island. Total transfer time from Victoria Falls is approximately 1 hour.
Activities include game drives and guided game walks on the mainland through the Zambezi National Park, guided walks around the island home to magnificent Baobab trees and wonderful bird life, guided rafting down the Zambezi river with a picnic lunch and sun downer cruises on the river. Regrettably no children under 12 years.
