About Fine Bush Tours

Fine Bush Tours is a Travel Agent safari firm established in Maun Botswana, Southern Africa, and owned by Ihani Saalale, a local Motswana with 16 years of experience in the tourism industry. Now joined by her partner Daniel Saalale.

She founded Fine Bush Tours and grew her business by selling Wilderness Safaris camps to Batswana tourists. She was extremely successful in her business, winning second place for making a large number of bed nights to both standard and high-end travelers.

She expanded her business and began selling more of everything to everyone who had been bitten by the safari bug and wanted to visit Botswana.

Fine Bush Tours places a premium on luxury, uniqueness, and comfort, but most significantly, on making your safari a once-in-a-lifetime experience! The safaris she offer are reasonably priced, looking for families with kids looking for more authentic moments, friends who want to travel together in groups, and adventures where you can drive yourself into the bushes. Itinerary Terms and Conditions

TERMS OF PAYMENTS

1. IN ORDER TO SECURE A BOOKING WE REQUIRE A 20% NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT.

2. FULL PRE - PAYMENT / OUTSTANDING BALANCE to be received 30 DAYS PRIOR TO DATE OF TRAVEL. If payment has not been received we reserve the right to cancel this reservation and out cancellation policy will apply.

3. Extras must be settled on check-out by guests

4. All bank charges should be covered by clients when making payments to Fine Bush Tours

5. Credit card or Debit card payment we charge 5% per transaction which is also charged by the bank

6. Eletronic transfer payment are free

7. Confirmed bookings are Non-Transferable.

CANCELLATION OF INDIVIDUAL BOOKINGS

1. A cancellation of an Individual Booking will only be valid if made in writing and shall only be effective upon its acknowledged receipt by the Company.

2. Cancellation charges shall apply as set out below:

2.1. in the event of a cancellation of a confirmed booking 61 (sixty one) days or more prior to the date on which the Services are set to commence, the full 20% (twenty percent) advance payment will be forfeited;

2.2. in the event of a cancellation 60 (sixty) to 31 (thirty one) days prior to the date on which the Services are set to commence, 50% (fifty percent) of the total payment in respect of the booking will be due and payable;

2.3. in the event of a cancellation 30 (thirty) days or less prior to the date on which the Services are set to commence (including any "no shows"), 95% (ninety five percent) of the payment in respect of the booking will be forfeited. PLEASE NOTE: Should clients fail to arrive on the due arrival date, start their trip after departure or leave before its completion, no refund will be made
