Our key strength is being based in Maun, the heart of the safari industry in Botswana, with the Okavango Delta at our doorstep. Our consultants offer a wealth of local knowledge as well as being able to offer on the ground support for guests travelling.
We work solely with direct guests, ensuring that we can offer first hand advice and a personalised consultation service in order to create best experience possible for each individual. We don’t pick ideas out of a brochure, our choices are not made by what is the cheapest or what is the most renowned, rather we dig a little deeper, think a little harder and most importantly work hand in hand with our guests to create a lifetime experience.
We have sourced a range of key suppliers, operators and ground handlers across Southern Africa to create a solid network with tactical rate advantages to pass onto our clients. We are not a travel agency, but a local tour operator, so flights are not our speciality – the safari is. We have a wide range of sample itineraries at different pricing levels, time frames and areas of interest from which to begin the journey which each guest of custom designing a unique safari.
Our website has a live chat option and we also communicate by skype, telephone and email. The consultation processed is enhanced by ‘talking’ with each guest, whilst all quotations are done in writing, ensuring professionalism at all times. Each guest receives a personalised itinerary and travel vouchers prior to travel as well as the option of accessing virtual documents before and during travel.
We, or a local representative, meet and assist all guests from the start point of the safari and again at the end. This ensures that any problems are assisted with and we get first hand feedback and updates during travel.
