Acceptance of Quotation:
To accept the quotation we need confirmation in writing. A deposit of 30% of the full cost will be payable on confirmation in order to secure the booking.
Payment Conditions:
Final payment of the full cost must be received in our banking account no later than 60 days prior to departure.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be given to us in writing.
45 - 30 days: 25% (twenty five percent) of total cost
30 - 15 days: 50% (fifty percent) of total cost
14 - 0 days: 100% (hundred percent) of total cost
More restrictive conditions may be applicable; this is subject to the terms & conditions of individual suppliers.
