About Zamology Travel Solutions

Zamology Travel is based in Livingstone, Zambia.

Established in 2019, it has quickly become one of the region’s most impressive DMC’s (Destination Management Companies), specialising in the Livingstone / Victoria Falls region, but focused on all of Zambia.

Zamology was born out of a love for travel in Zambia, coupled with extensive industry experience and a personal knowledge of Zambia’s top safari lodges, hotels and luxury tour operators.

Our insider knowledge is key to the success of our business and client itineraries.  This knowledge allows for the upper edge in creating the most magical experiences for our guests.

PAYMENT POLICY

  • Additional admin charges apply if paying by credit card.
  • 20% non-refundable deposit (on accommodation & transfers) 100% on domestic flights to confirm booking.
    • Domestic flights are non-refundable but dates can be amended if required, at a minimal charge.
  • Full payment required 75 days before travel date.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Less than 30 days or no show - 100% cancellation.  
  • If guest is sick and can provide a Dr's note - 100% refund (less admin / bank charges) will be organised where possible.  Please note that this is not guaranteed as it can vary per lodge / supplier, a change of date may be offered as an alternative.

INSURANCE

  • All guests must have comprehensive travel & medical insurance.

PARK FEES

  • These are correct at time of quoting but are subject to change.  Any change in cost will be passed onto the guests as these are beyond out control.

AVAILABILITY

  • Rates and details are subject to change until confirmation of booking.  Availability is checked at time of quotation but is liable to change.
