**Mutondo Safaris - Guest Standard Terms & Conditions**
Congratulations on choosing Mutondo Safaris for your safari adventure! By booking with us, you contribute to preserving Africa's wonders for future generations. Mutondo Safaris, represented by Mutondo Safaris Pvt Ltd, Mutondo Travel, Julian Brookstein Safaris, or Southsea Africa, is your immersive and authentic safari operator in Zimbabwe.
Please carefully read these Terms & Conditions, along with our privacy policy and other provided information, as they outline the respective rights and obligations of the parties involved.
1. **Booking Representative:**
- The first named person on the booking represents all individuals on the itinerary.
- They must be over 18, have read and understood the Terms & Conditions, and accept financial responsibility.
2. **General:**
- Final itineraries include accommodation, meals, travel, laundry, and activities.
- Excluded are visa fees, flights, travel insurance, personal items, and staff gratuities.
- Itineraries may change due to unforeseen circumstances; Mutondo Safaris aims to minimize disruptions.
- A 25% Commitment Fee is non-refundable and covers planning services.
3. **Reservation Process:**
- Quoted itineraries over 60 days are provisionally held for 14 days.
- Acceptance requires a 25% Commitment Fee within 14 days.
- Quoted itineraries under 60 days require 100% payment within 7 days.
4. **Final Payment:**
- Due 30 days before travel or 100% if booked within 30 days.
- Guests won't travel unless full payment is received.
5. **Guest Responsibilities:**
- Complete necessary forms, agree to terms, and comply with instructions.
- Promptly communicate changes or requests in writing.
- Secure comprehensive medical and travel insurance.
- Have required documentation for immigration, customs, and health authorities.
6. **Mutondo Safaris Responsibilities:**
- Plan itineraries, provide information, and assist with preferences.
- May alter arrangements due to unforeseen circumstances, notifying guests promptly.
- Not responsible for losses due to inadequate insurance.
7. **Changes to Booking:**
- Changes requested 31 days before travel may result in a refund if the revised itinerary value is lower.
8. **Cancellation Policy:**
- Cancellation over 51 days: Forfeiture of the 25% Commitment Fee.
- Cancellation between 50-31 days: 50% Cancellation Fee.
- Cancellation 30 days or less: 100% Cancellation Fee.
9. **Force Majeure:**
- Neither party is liable for obligations affected by events beyond reasonable control (Force Majeure).
- Mutondo Safaris won't compensate if obligations are affected by Force Majeure.
10. **Disabilities and Medical Problems:**
- Notify Mutondo Safaris of any special needs or medical conditions.
- We'll do our best to accommodate, but cannot guarantee.
11. **Complaints:**
- Inform the relevant supplier of issues, and if unresolved, contact Mutondo Safaris promptly.
- Lodge formal written complaints within 28 days of your stay.
12. **Jurisdiction and Governing Law:**
- Parties agree to the relevant court in the Applicable Jurisdiction.
- The agreement is governed by the Laws of the Applicable Jurisdiction.
13. **Definitions:**
- Various terms and entities are defined for clarity.
