DEPOSIT POLICY A 20% Non-refundable deposit required 90 days prior to arrival to guarantee the reservation. Balance due no later than 30days before arrival.
CANCELATION POLICY FIT’S
No cancellation charges over and above the non-refundable deposit paid will be raised if part or all of the reservation is cancelled 31 days prior to arrival date.
30 – 20 days prior to arrival = 25% of the total reservation value
19 – 15 days prior to arrival = 50% of the total reservation value
14 – 07 days prior to arrival = 75% of the total reservation value
07 – 0 days prior to arrival = 100% of the total reservation value
CANCELATION POLICY GROUPS (5ROOMS & MORE)
No cancellation charges will be raised if part or all of the reservation is cancelled 90 days prior to the scheduled arrival. The following cancellation charges will apply if a cancellation or reduction of more than 10% of the total rooms reserved occurs, less than ninety (90) days prior to arrival date: -90 - 46 Days prior to arrival = 20% of the total reservation value
45 - 30 Days prior to arrival = 40% of the total reservation value
29 - 15 Days prior to arrival = 60% of the total reservation value
14 - 8 Days prior to arrival = 75% of the total reservation value
