Turners Conferences offers a comprehensive range of support services to assist Professional Conference Organisers with the destination and accommodation management for events large and small.

In short, we take care of all the delegate’s ground arrangement needs, giving the Conference Organiser the freedom to concentrate on the event management knowing that their delegates are being looked after by a team of travel professionals.

Working together with our sister company XL Turners Travel we provide a full travel agency service, this combined with our knowledge of the industry, supplier relationships and our buying power ensures trusted, reliable service and the best possible prices for delegates.

These services include meet and greet, transportation, accommodation, supplementary services, exhibition support, tours, social events, and travel agency. By acting as purchasing consortia, Turners Conferences can provide preferential rates based on the buying power we have with our preferred suppliers.

Itinerary Terms and Conditions

Payment :

A deposit of 25% of the tour price is due on booking the tour to secure confirmation.  Final payment must reach us 45 days before departure. 

Bookings made within 45 days of departure must be accompanied by full payment. 

We reserve the right to cancel any tour, if payment is not received within the specified time.

Cancellations:

Cancellations shall only be valid if received by  Turners Conferences in writing and shall be effective on the day of receipt in our office. 

The following cancellation charges apply:

  • Up to 90 days prior to departure a 10% cancellation / administration fee
  • 89 days to 60 days prior to departure – 25% cancellation fee
  • 59 days to 30 days 75% cancellation fee
  • 29 days to departure – 100% cancellation fee.
