Expert Safari Services Terms and Conditions
EXPERT SAFARI SERVICES – TERMS, PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY
1. Minimum Occupancy
All safaris are based on a minimum of two (2) passengers sharing.
Single travellers are subject to a single supplement.
2. Payment Terms
• A 25% deposit is required to confirm and secure any booking.
• The balance of payment is due 30 days prior to travel.
• For peak season travel and certain high-demand lodges, deposits may vary and will be communicated at time of confirmation.
Bookings are only considered confirmed once the required deposit has been received.
3. Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be received in writing.

Any non-recoverable third-party costs (lodges, air charters, park fees, permits, etc.) will be charged at cost.
4. Changes, Postponements & Transfers
• One complimentary date change is permitted if requested 30+ days before travel, subject to availability.
• Bookings may be transferred to another traveller (name change) at no additional cost.
• Payments may be carried forward to an alternative travel date subject to lodge and supplier policies.
5. Force Majeure
Expert Safari Services shall not be held liable for any delay, cancellation, modification, or interruption of services resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
Natural disasters, extreme weather, floods, pandemics, epidemics, acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, strikes, government regulations, border closures, airline cancellations, park closures, or any other events that make it impossible, unsafe, or impracticable to perform the contracted services.
In such circumstances:
• We will make every reasonable effort to offer suitable alternatives, reschedule travel, or hold payments in credit for future travel.
• Any refunds will be subject to recoverability from third-party suppliers.
• We shall not be liable for any additional costs, losses, or damages incurred by the client as a result of such events.
6. Travel Insurance
All clients are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance, including cover for trip cancellation, medical emergencies, evacuation, baggage loss, and personal liability.
7. Acceptance of Terms
Confirmation of a booking with Expert Safari Services constitutes acceptance of the above terms and conditions
