Risk & Insurance:

While participating in Absolute Vantage travel arrangements, certain unavoidable risks and dangers may occur, including but not limited to accidents, illness, wildlife encounters, travel by air, automobile, or other modes of transport, and natural forces.

You will be in remote, rugged wilderness terrain, often far from medical facilities, and participating in activities that carry inherent risks. Absolute Vantage LLC and its safari operators do not accept responsibility or liability for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property from any cause whatsoever.

Neither Absolute Vantage LLC nor its operators are responsible for delays caused by strikes, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. If a destination is deemed unsafe, we will offer options to reschedule, relocate, or refund your trip. Operators reserve the right to modify the itinerary if field conditions, such as weather, are not optimal.

All travelers participate at their own risk and must provide their own travel health and accident insurance coverage for the duration of the safari.
