Travel by XO Terms and Conditions
General and Specific terms applicable to this quotation:
1. Our company policy is to work exclusively a’ la carte in order to be totally flexible in meeting your requirements.
2. This budget is subject to availability at time of making reservations.
3. The budget is based on the number of participants specified in the heading of the quotation.
4. It is assumed that the participants travel together and are accommodated on a sharing basis. A single room supplement (where required) is detailed in the budget calculation.
5. The different parts of the present budget are labelled in their respective currencies (South African Rand, Euro and US Dollar) and will be invoiced as such. The budget is based on current VAT rates and other applicable taxes. Any change of these rates would affect the budget accordingly.
6. The budget is based on rates valid for the intended period of travel, errors and omissions excepted. However, variations out of our control such as fuel cost increase, airport tax variations, case of absolute necessity, etc. could occur, in which case we would have to review our budget accordingly.
7. Fuel costs and extra expenses (such as drop off fees, extra driver, etc. ) for the rental vehicle are not included in rental costs. (Ask for detail if needed.)
8. The onus is on the traveller to ensure that passports, travel documents and visas are valid for the countries visited and duration of stay.
Cancellation policies and penalties are subject to the terms of each individual service provider. Most (but not all) cancellation policies take effect within 30 days of arrival. Last minute cancellations can expect 100% penalty
