1. Medical Evacuation insurance is a requirement to the minimum value of $500,000 per person.

2. All bookings are subject to Exchange Control varience.

3. Payment Schedule:

a. If booked more than 12 Months prior to travel a 30% Non Refundable deposit is required on Confirmation of booking to secure Air and Land Travel.

b. If booked less than 11 Months prior to travel a 50% Non Refundable deposit is required on Confirmation of booking to secure Air and Land Travel.

c. If Booking is made within 3 Months or travel 100% non-refundable payment is required.

4. Cancellation and Refund Terms:

a. Cancellation of your booking must be in writing. Cancellations are only effective on receipt of written notification.

b. If your cancellation is made after the due date for full payment of your tour fare, charges will be levied. The scale of charges, expressed as a percentage of the tour prices, is as follows:-

i. More than 24 weeks - Deposit forfeited

ii. Less than 24 weeks notice - Deposit plus 25 %

iii. Less than 18 weeks notice - 70 % d. Less than 12 weeks notice - 100%

5. Should you fail to join a safari, or join it after departure, or leave it prior to its completion, no tour refund can be made. [Please note that if the reason for cancellation falls within the terms of any holiday insurance policy that you hold, then, subject to the terms of the insurance policy, your insurance company will normally refund you.]
